Therapeutic Interventions Inc – Rolling Meadows Reviews and Ratings
Have you or a loved one been treated at Therapeutic Interventions Inc? A few lines about admissions, the staff and what happened after treatment ended can help another family in Rolling Meadows weigh the same choice.
Have seen firsthand how this treatment facility operates. They are exceptionally good at what they do and very kind. Make it easy as can be to get the help people need.
Best place to come when you want to have a great support system obviously its not easy to get your life together and its not just about not being sick you walk in the door and you become part of a family the people hear… really care and as long as you put the work in for your self and your honest and dont waste the staff time you will have a wonderful support system and you will have people who think of you daily and want to help there is no judgement when you come hear everyone's life's have problems and it feels so good to have so many staff who really do want to see people thrive and heal everyone's journey is different and they are so understanding its the one place I always came back to over the last 19 years the people are kind sincere no nonsense people they are tough on you because they see your potential and their hearts are realy in each patient im not joking when I say its a family they are the kindest people iv ever come across going threw addiction treatment
If you need help with opiate addiction this is the place to go to. The staff is great! Everyone is so helpful and understanding.
THIS IS NOT A MEDICAL FACILITY!! The director of this facility is top notch with real world experience unsurpassed. As a personnel director she falls extremely short. The receptionist is a bitter person and has a mouth… like a truck driver. This is a step from being on the corner with people like that operating the front. It's a face and attitude you'd expect entering jail not treatment. There are other facilities in the area. Not worth the frustration you will inevitably at some point have to deal with!
Staff used to be friendly but I think are too overwhelmed by their patient volume growing . They seem under staffed (most likely under payed as well) and attitudes/shade thrown back and forth between staff and patients.… Also the actual methadone is super hard to drink and keep down since they only do orange wafers. They have the potential to be a better facility but as of right now I would not recommend.
These people I genuinely consider my family. THEY are the reason why my life is so beautiful right now. Their encouragement and support is unmatched. I go every 2 weeks and I look forward to seeing all of the staff… members. This clinic is MOST definitely NOT like the typical run of the mill clinics that you encounter. You can tell by their encounters with various clients that they care about each and every one of us, which is refreshing compared to all of the other places which are clearly in it for the money. In summation, these people allowed me to consent to a life that I could have only of dreamed of. I am living proof that if you follow the rules that you can achieve sobriety.
A really great place with a super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Being a transfer patient/client and having multiple choice to continue my treatment Therapuetic Interventions was the only place I felt that treated me… like a person and not just a ID number. They acknowledged my previous history and documentation that my previous clinic provided as opposed to treating me like a first time/ unknown patient that they had no history with. Im very happy and satisfied that I choose the right place to continue my treatment and I highly recommend Therapuetic Interventions to anyone seeking a professional , fair, and friendly treatment center.
I am currently a patient at this clinic and I have not had my methadone hold me the entire time I've been on it which was one of the reasons I moved to Illinois to try to get stable, I have been clean for over 9 years… now! I still have days where I continue to throw up because my methadone will not hold me the full 24 hours. They told me to reach out to the doctor through my counselor which is what I did back after Christmas, and still nothing has been done and it is almost February. So when I asked her what was going to be done she said what do you want us to do about it, the receptionist Megan up front send this. I could not believe it! What do you mean what do I want you to do about it?! I would like help I am sober and you are supposed to be helping me! Instead she tells me nevermind I don't want to deal with you today just go! I can't believe how I'm professional a lot of the time, and ever since Miss Kathy their head nurse left, everything has gone to hell! I thought I had found a place that truly cared about my health and my goals, but unfortunately today I found out that was not the case.I guess I will be looking for somewhere else to go I do really need help but if you really need help maybe think about someplace else to go. And I'm not no mean person either so it was ridiculous to treat me like that.
I had to leave this clinic. The director pretty much drove me out. I am at a new clinic where they treat you humanely and you aren't chastised and treated like a child from a director who clearly has issues herself… nevertheless. I was there for almost 3 years. Please don't go here. That is my best advice.
Therapeutic Interventions has been the best clinic I've ever been to: ( and I've been to many clinics ) The secretary is greattt; she's very friendly : I've seen her play with kids, and keep them occupied while their… parents dose; I haven't seen her be rid to one person and I've been coming to this establishment for 5yrs plus... ; I give Therapeutic 100 stars; because I feel very comfortable here ; the secretary doesn't treat us patients like out casts,,, like many other clinics I have been to: she calls all of us by name, not by a number, like most clinics; the whole staff is wonderful including the nurses, consoles, ... Love it here: if your look for help this is the place I'd tell you to go... The only thing is they really do live up to their name they will get into every facet of your life personal and otherwise they will breathalyze you and then even if you pass the breathalyzer they will have the lab go the extra step to see if you have been drinking within the past so if you want somebody in your business that's the place to go
The best people ever the whole staff is so easy to talk to and very professional From the receptionists to the consoler to the nurses great honest people best I've ever been at
I started coming here about 4 months ago. Been coming in everyday since I started besides Sundays. And I gotta say, it’s a great facility. They work with you, whether it has to do with payments, counselor appts,… patience with urine drops. Like these people Megan Debbie and the nurse Kathy I think her name is are wonderful. I really wouldn’t be sober today without them. Also must say most affordable pricing around! 75$ a week. When the place one town over wants 325$ a week…. And free if you have Medicaid or Medicare. My only slight complaint is sometimes it takes a while to dose if there is only one nurse. Which is a lot of the time. Lol but seriously if ur still considering this place to help you get clean methadone does work and this is the best place around north west Chicago area!
The best methadone clinic in the Chicagoland area! They have an all-star team here, from Megan at the front desk, to the nurses at the windows all the way down to the counselors. Highly recommend!
Zero stars from me as well. I work at a methadone program and Therapeutic Interventions sent one of their patients to guest dose at our program today (Saturday). They did not send any dose verification and they never… answered the phone so that her dose could be verified. We had to send the patient away without getting dosed (for 2 days). As frustrating as this is, it is no surprise, given the history of this place. Someone needs to tell them that we are dealing with human beings, not cattle.
This place has saved my life. I came into the clinic while I was pregnant and terrified if I'd be judged from my relapse while pregnant but they opened their arms to me and treated me like gold. Especially Megan, if it… wasn't for me I wouldn't have gotten through my pregnancy and these last 10months. She's was so welcoming the minute I walked into those doors. Going to a new place is scary but when you have someone like Megan greeting you when you walk into the doors it changes everything at least it did for me. She has been nothing but kind and caring towards me and my daughter for awhile after Cindy left I didn't have a counselor and having Megan to come and talk to I didn't need one! I look forward going to the clinic 3x a week do I can see Megan and talk to her and catch up with her. She has made me a better person which has made me to become a sober healthy mommy to my beautiful daughter. I appreciate and thank God everyday for the clinic and everyone in it!! Deb, my new counselor Tim (who is amazing BTW ) and Kathy and the nurses. Megan if you read this or whoever reads them thank you thank you for just being you cause without YOU I wouldn't have survived these last 10months and I'm truly grateful to have you in my life and my daughters we both love youu!
Megan, the front desk lady, is soooooo nice omg.
Megan the receptionist was great help along with everyone else there. But the receptionist was great patient and very accommodating. The people their really want to help.
I wanted to come right a review and tell people this clinic has saved my friends life. My friend has tried many clinics and none have helped like this one. It is not just the methadone but it is everyone that works… there. They actually care. Seriously if you need help getting off dope then you should go here. Thank you for saving their life.
I'm so glad that I found this place for my son who needed an intervention. I didn't know much about his addiction but I thank Megan and other office staff for helping me understand what signs I need to be on the lookout… for. Megan also took the time to explain to me how to help him to stay clean and boy was I on the wrong thinking path thanks to that advice I'm able to understand what he is going thru ,and I can help him to stay clean so proud that he is still going to their program. I could go on all day in the ways that they have helped. If your serious about getting help this is the place to go. Megan ,and Cindy are the best thank you for saving my sons life.
Megan is the best she is awsome!
I love this place and would give them 100 stars. I don’t know what the last few reviews are about cause I have never had a bad thing to say about them. The program director Debbie is awesome the nurses and the beyond… awesome counselors Tim and Julie and especially the front office lady Megan. She respects everyone that I have seen her interact with. The only thing I can think of is a mad patient didn’t get there way and has nothing better to do then get people to write false reviews. Shame on you. This place saved my life and a lot more others patients to.
AVIOD AVIOD AVIOD! this place is so terrible, I had gone there for quite a long time, and they had given me nothing but problems since day one! The receptionist Megan is the most unprofessional un-caring cold person… I’ve ever met, this place is nothing but a cash front it’s all they care about they do not care about their “patients” the way these people have treated me as well as the situation that these people put me in disgusts me beyond belief. Any option is better than this one.
If I could give a zero star rating I would. This is supposed to be a place to encourage and assist with sobriety. This shouldn't even be considered a place of business. They are rude, insensitive, and downright nasty.… The receptionist is one of the most miserable people that I have ever met. They have blatantly stated that "It is not their problem" instead of seeking ways to assit patients during the time of recovery. If you are looking to ruin your day and feel worthless, then you should give them a try. What a waste of space this place is.
Clinics like this are big money business. This clinic does not help the patient and when in crisis, only says, "not my problem". I find it disturbing they don't have a plan in place to help when the client has a… situation and is asking for help. Dealing with addiction is tough enough. When the clinic, who has counselors, don't help, where is the client to go? Maybe back to using, so the cycle continues. I wouldn't recommend this clinic. My family is always working towards sobriety.
If I could leave no stars I would, this place does not care about their patients instead they care about money and greed. If you ask me they are exactly what is wrong with America today. Especially their receptionist… who treats everyone like they are the scum of the earth, if you are in the business of helping people maybe you should learn to have respect for all people especially those who are trying to do the right thing. If they treated cancer patients the way they treated their “patients” (a term I use lightly because they don’t treat them like patients) this place would be all over the news and have protesters outside. It is time that we as a nation stand together to stop ppl and places like these from discriminating and ripping off addicts. We should be helping them by being kind and respectful and giving them the tools they need to succeed.
Best place for anyone serious about getting treatment and counseling, these people really care about their clients 100%, they treat you like they want to be treated (with common courtesy and respect) Always a pleasure… to come here and I always leave feeling like I know I’m doing the right thing. Excellent excellent place, if you’re looking for a great place that really does care about what they’re doing, look no further. This place is a blessing. It really has inspired me to do the next great thing! 25stars I give this place. I’m so glad I decided to get my life back. You won’t be disappointed, take that first step and give them a call, you’ll be happy you did.
