I had a great experience at the Bridge house. The Staff and employees were very friendly and hands on. And I’m still apart of the Bridge House way after I got discharged!🥰🥰🥰😊

My experience with Nicasa has been life changing, often things get lost in translation. I say that to say sometimes all that is needed is a healthy conversation one without preconceived notions a dialog not a monolog… where opinions can be expressed without judgment. That is the connection and communication that i received during my intake process. Remember to be mindful and respectful to the staff who are indeed there to help you. Ask questions if you need answers to anything. My experience with Nicasa has been life changing and I've learned an extremely valuable lesson one that I will keep with me for the rest of my life, I'll state it plainly, respect is a two way street and if you don't know something then politely ask. I was treated with respect and all my issues and concerns were throughly explained and addressed. I couldn't recommend a better place to go. Wonderful staff helpful and informative. They provide proper support and resources for those in need. I'd like to thank all of you for your contributions to the community and lastly the level of respect and dignity is unmatched.

I had a great experience with Nicasa. The treatment program helped with my trigger awareness along with my recovery and prevention mindset moving forward. Elisa was also very professional with her approach and she… always made both the personal and group sessions feel comfortable. I couldn’t have been happier with the end result.

I have attended Alcohol Education and AODA classes through Nicasa in Waukegan. The classes were very informative and the staff treated me with respect. Mahlory Rose was very kind and helpful through the entire process.

🔥 ABSOLUTELY AWFUL 🔥 This place pretends to care, but the moment you need real help, they turn cold and throw you under the bus. The counselors were dismissive, judgmental, and clearly didn’t give a damn. No guidance.… No support. Just attitude and excuses. Nicasa is extremely unprofessional, only out for money and does not help anyone. There are other options!!!!! The short African councilor is unprofessional and disrespectful. Nicasa is a huge waste of time. There are… other options!!

Go to counseling centers of Illinois Nicasa is horrible and unprofessional You fill out your own questions in 20 mins and they charge you $260 for it. Look at other options Nicasa is money hungry and not out to help… anyone.

Don't go here. They literally look up anything they can on you to give you classes. You literally don't even have to have a drug problem whatsoever. It's just a money grab. Unless ur record is squeaky clean just don't… do it they will throw loads of classes at you

Totally awful service and unprofessional.

The staff does not do well with documentation. They documented that I had a kid at 15 when I never said that. They also lack on getting paperwork back and should be shut down. Hate this place.

Thank you Deborah for hanging up on me. Because you guys don't know how to fix a situation Doesn't mean you should not try to help. And ignore the situation and hang up on someone. You're just gonna let someone else… deal with it way to do your job!!! If I was rude I could upstanding that but I was simply asking for help.

Under the circumstances this place was great , really worked with me to get me done with the class A.S.AP and Ferlando was very informative of what to expect during and after the program .

Very unprofessional. I would like to speak to a supervisor or corporate. This should not a place where people go to get help and ESPECIALLY terrible that you get sent here for court.
