Ever since Tracy Leverone left this company has eroded to trash. The new NP was a disappointment, so we my mother found a new PNP elsewhere. I convinced my mom to maintain counseling with Melissa who is fine, not… amazing. Melissa has dropped the ball several times on my mom, including today. She’s been concerned and worried all day wondering about her 9am appointment. So finally an hour ago she called to talk to the receptionist who was completely useless and denied my mother even having an appointment. So my mother in frustration said ok fine I guess it’s time to find a new counselor and the receptionist said “ok bye-bye” and hung up. That ridiculous customer service and she deserved better.

Zakisha and Ellen are wonderful people. They work together to help give me the best care possible and have helped me so much with everything in my life. Also, big shout out to Judy! I love seeing her whenever I walk in… the door. She has the best, most bubbly personality. Thank you guys!!

CONS: FIRST (and by far the worst) - The med provider, Zakisha, is one of the worst human beings I've ever met. The fact she is in charge of prescribing medicine to help with people's mental health problems is scary.… She will talk over you the entire time, raising her voice to do so. But the second I did to get a word out edgewise, she threw me out of her office! First time in my life something even close to this has happened. I didn't swear, wasn't insulting, not confrontational. I asked her to bring the supervisor Allison in and she just kicked me out and wouldn't give me my prescription! She is a terrible, terrible person who should not be in this field, much less prescribing medicine to people! She needs to be fired ASAP. And I'm not the only one who thinks this. My first day at this place there were two ladies talking outside complaining very loudly about her. On the day I was to first see her, a woman in the waiting room, unprovoked, told me that "this place has gone to hell since Tracy left". Tracy was the previous med provider. The lady was there to get her release to go to another place (Northeast Health Services) because of how horrible Zakisha is. DO NOT GO TO HER!!!! SECOND - The walls are paper thin. Everyone can hear everything. Kinda defeats the purpose. THIRD - Allison, the lady in charge, doesn't return phone calls. She is helpful but twice already she has left me waiting in the lurch about two very important, time-sensitive situations. Very unprofessional, especially considering everything I went through with Zakisha. THE ONE POSITIVE - My therapist, Nicole. She is AWESOME. If not for her, I wouldn't be there anymore. She is a great listener and knows when to jump in and when not to. She is so caring and thoughtful, I haven't met someone like her ever in my life. She is professional, intelligent and insightful and makes you feel so comfortable, it is like talking to a close friend. I'm so glad I found her, she has been such an incredible help to me. BAMSI is soooo lucky to have Nicole. They would've lost a patient and this review would be 100% negative if not for her, and I'm sure I'm not the first to say so! If they remove Zakisha from her current role of med provider, I would give this place 4 stars, despite the paper thin walls and Allison's lack of professionalism. Zakisha is such a detriment to this place, I have no idea why or how they could still employ her. Makes them look very bad. Seems like legally she shouldn't be doing what she does. I know when I contacted her boss about not giving me my meds and calling the police about it, things got taken care of right away.

High turn over on all therapists Medication prescribed through them expect errors or not being sent to correct pharmacy or sent at all.

The people who run the office are kind and helpful. There is extreme turnover with therapists and med providers.

Employees are very helpful, very clean and they disinfect between patients. They require you to call first before entering the building and they will come to do a temperature check. They also require masks, all of this… is due to COVID-19. They also offer virtual appointments too.

Everyone is very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

It's a great place to help young adults understand what responsibilities are expected of them
