Behavioral Health Division – Neenah Detox and Rehab Services

Treatment at Behavioral Health Division – Neenah covers intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. It is reasonable to ask how progress is reviewed and by whom. Ask what happens if the recommended level of care is not available immediately.

Co-occurring mental health conditions are addressed alongside substance use, which is the approach the evidence supports. Ask whether family can be involved and at what stage. Establishing what happens after the program ends is worth doing early. Ask how the program handles someone who has been through treatment before.

I gave this one star The county does not care if they did care, they would be helping clients in the correct way I have seen clients in and out of the ER not getting the help they need because the county they do not do… their jobs correctly. Which is pretty sad. If you need a therapist or a psychiatrist, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Human services has liberal employees embedded in it's management...made me pay back help years ago when they found out I supported Scott Walker..lady called me and said they were taking away my approval for services

Appreciated all the help i was given. Things are different now with Medicaid and Medicare. Along with other programs I wasn't aware of. I'm very much a visual now. Being deaf and forgetful now. Its frustrating. Helped… me with understanding things better.

I went here years ago and had the best experience! I came back a couple years later and I’m so disappointed. The staff are very cocky with responses and will cut you off before you can get to the point. And I had told… my best friend to go here since I had such a great experience and they were very rude to her would not let her finish speaking and had a very passive aggressive tone and lost her paperwork so she had to go back and restart the entire process.

The case workers at Winnebago Human Services are extremely helpful. They also have events that they invite clients to which is nice during the Holidays. The workers I've worked with have been understanding of points… where I was unwell.

First time here, I had to turn in some papers for badgercare. As i walked in, one of the workers did great me, which was nice. She asked what i needed help with, and i told her, "i think i am looking for wic or… Badgercare?" She said quickly,"2nd floor. " As i walked to the elevators, i was reading around and noticed that Badgercare is on the first floor...and WIC is the 2nd. I turned back and went to that lady and told her, "i am looking for BADGERCARE." she helped me. She didn't seem to know much when i asked her questions. It was like she didn't want to say anything, but it is part of her probably having to always deal with rude people. But she was at least nice 🤷🏻‍♀️

The staff was very accomodating and helpful. I sought their advice on some Medicare questions. I am glad I stopped. I was pleasantly surprised by their knowledge and capability.

Corrupt public servants work here, they are not here to help the community they are here to discriminate against you and your disability though. This is the place I want to sue. Public servants are supposed to work for… the public not act like tyrants. Tyrant are in this building corrupt lying tyrants.

It's a human services building. They got me what I needed in a timely fashion and were polite about it too.
