Forget med calling alot
I have always gotten excellent care here.
2 appointments canceled since while trying to set up new primary care and they dont seem to give a shit, and always a fight to get those appointments with my work schedule. Absolute joke and greenbay an Milwaukee are… way out of the way.
I have tried to call this facility several times and they never answer the phone. I have to go to Milwaukee or Green Bay because of the incompetence in management of this VA clinic.
All health care personnel have always given me excellent service. Thank you.

It's the VA. Anything that's government ran will have problems.
A good VA clinic.
When they call you to do a physical and ask your weight and usual stuff I'm pretty sure it's time to find a better source of care. Avoid the VA at all costs if possible. They didn't even know there own community care… act guide lines. Your more likely to die from their treatment than be saved.
I have received my outpatient medical care here for over three years, and not once was I ever disappointed or not accommodated. The team here is compassionate, helpful, and knowledgeable. Nurse Charlene was extremely… helpful when it came to receiving all of my necessary clinical documentation!
The va gave me a vaccination that my civilian doctor and my brother who is a doctor said there was no reason for me to get what so ever, and I ended up with a reaction and a fever of 103 and when I tried to call they… just bounced me around from secretary to secretary and a voicemail when I tried to find out what they gave me as i sat in urgent care with a fever of 103 and a pulse of 120
