They have been fair to me all in all over time based on my own conduct with them, they have helped me in many ways.
The staff is wonderful! I am so Grateful for this place!
Waste of time and money Why would you house patients in the basement of a old mortuary with no windows My son went through their program and is now in ICU at Maya with a broken foot and burns on his hand. Not happy
Staff obviously dont want to help unless you are completely incapable of helping yourself. Some staff are disrespectful and down right lazy. The internet is worse than at a McDonald's and the settings for it are stupid… cant connect mobile devices like a tablet to it. Worst help center ever.
Best staff ever out of all places I've been they really care but will push you to help you to try to get out on your own so you have all your skills back when your released. More than caring and always willing to listen… and help if you have a problem or need help
Overall I am very grateful for a good experience with caring professionals. But I also learned who to just hang up on. Experience varies according to the staff you speak to.
Was terrible. Staff doesn't care about the people. Don't understand that anger is a part of meantal health. If you want peer support them yes come here but staff support and staff knowledge is not up to par.
Seems to me that they really do care about people, and always do their level best to do the right thing, even when doing the right thing is hard. I am nothing but grateful for my experience with them.
