About LifeStance Health – Herriman

Centre operates from 3501 Westrac Drive in Fargo. The site sits in Cass County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Briarwood, Frontier and North River. North Dakota draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.

Residential treatment is delivered here, alongside telehealth appointments. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves. Care offered spans more than one level, which means someone can move between them without changing provider.

Licensing and Accreditation

State Addiction Agency LicensedState Addiction AgencyLicensedLicensed by the state agency responsible for substance use treatment. Required to operate, and involves inspection of premises, staffing and clinical practice.
State Licensed RehabState AuthorityLicensedHolds a current licence from the state authority that regulates treatment providers. Licensing is a legal requirement to operate, not a mark of distinction.

Treatment Services at Centre

Residential treatment runs to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Residential runs both short and long term, so the question at intake is which length the assessment points toward. Ask what happens at the end of the program as well as the beginning, since that is where plans usually thin out.

How Much Does Treatment at Centre Cost?

Treatment at Centre typically costs $7,000 to $30,000 a month for residential treatment. These are North Dakota market ranges rather than this facility’s own published figures. Published ranges move with length of stay, so treat them as a starting point for budgeting rather than a quote.

This site accepts cash or self-payment and federal military insurance. Ask whether the quoted figure includes assessment, medication and aftercare, since those are often billed separately. What you pay turns on cover and length of stay rather than the headline range.

Centre Address, Location and Contact Information

The address is 3501 Westrac Drive, Fargo, ND 58103, in Cass County. The catchment reaches Briarwood, Frontier and North River. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity.

Centre Verified by the RehabSeekers Editorial Verification Team

This entry was checked by our Editorial Verification Team ahead of publication. North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services licensing records and the national treatment register were both consulted. Registration and licensing are matters of public record, which is what makes them worth checking rather than taking on trust.

Public records are the source here, not marketing copy. What the register confirms is the level of care offered, not the experience of receiving it. Listings are reviewed as those records change, though details can move faster than any register updates.

Centre Reviews and Ratings

Reviews of residential care at Centre tend to turn on how quickly someone was seen and how the first week felt. Registration data leaves that gap open, and lived experience is what fills it. Star ratings say less than a short account of what actually happened and when.

If you have used this service, describing what followed the program helps more than a rating. Whether family were involved, and at what stage, is worth mentioning too. Waiting times, staffing and how the first appointment was handled are the things future readers ask about.

Visiting F.I.N. ( have helped some w/ a clothes voucher...there are several places that do help w/ vouchers via their case worker/social worker. Open Doors(anyone can go here-1307 Main Ave./M.W.F. 12:00-2:45pm & no voucher needed. New Life Center via the Salvation Army & a voucher from case worker. Case worker can also ✍️ write up a voucher & take to St. Francis Thrift store. FYI... 🙏
