This place helped me get my CDL back, I appreciate this place 🙌 slowly getting my life back together, thank you shoreline, yeah they don’t answer the phone often, you can just go in person and get a lot more done than… you can over the phone, so for anyone wanting to go here or already here and don’t get any results, I’d say just show up in person, write down every date and time they give you and don’t leave until you get answers, but as long as you do right you should be able to complete this program for sap in 2-3 weeks.

This is the only place for these types of (OFTEN REQUIRED) services in way too large of an area. There are no other options for people. This is such an obvious money-racquet. I thought the ADSAP counselor was a real… person but I was wrong.

I have been a patient at Shoreline for 2.5 years and from the beginning the entire experience has been pleasant. As a part of the MAT program, they make it very easy to get on a program and stay on that path, for as… long as you need/want it. With various resources available at all times and therapy available if needed or wanted makes for a great place to start your recovery journey. The only thing that I feel like needs improvement is the group therapy for the IOP groups. Everything else is absolutely 💯

This place is absolutely ran by underage interns that are on a ego trip the fact that I have been on suboxone for years and these so called counselors and the “doctor” is younger than I am and honestly they could care… less about you at this place I hate to say this but get a real doctor not a intern that don’t no crap about pain management

Signed up in April and today September 2nd is first meeting. Calls never returned. They actually dropped me from program and had to restart. Still don’t know why! Bad communication or none from them at all. why is this… the ONLY place to take this bulshit class. Money grab all around!

Had to complete their ADSAP program after a DUI i received 10 years ago. Completing the "classes" was an absolute joke. No exaggeration, my counselor would call me once a week for no more than 3 minutes, tell me have a… good day, and hang up. Im not complaining, however don't go into this thinking you're gonna get any real help. (Ky counselor also completely missed 4 of my meetings without warning) The entire time, I was promised a provisional lisence to help me get back on the road in the meantime. This promise was never fulfilled. Despite "sending the fax over to the dmv" it never showed up on their end, screwing me in the process. Now, for those that also have to complete the ADSAP program, please note that AFTER you finish the classes, you have to pay the 500-600 dollars in full before they will clear you to get your lisence. They will not remind you or inform you of this. After you pay the 600 bucks, you'd think you could just go to the DMV and go get your lisence back. But no. In my case, the "7-10" days it takes them to "fax over the document to the dmv," quickly turned into over an entire month with them blaming the dmv, and the dmv blaming shoreline. It was a constant back and forth loop. I was unable to get my lisence back this entire time, despite paying them in full. The receptionists DO NOT CARE about you or your life in the slightest and will take their time doing literally anything. I had to call them and literally scream and threaten them with a lawsuit before my name was magically cleared one day. I just wanna give a warning to all the unfortunate souls forced to complete this utter scam. Keep your receipts, keep record of the days you attended class, and do not let these parasites further ruin your life.

For a place I am required by law to go to in order to reinstate my license you would think at least one phone call was answered by employees. Ive called on different occasions every day of the week possible and have… NEVER been answered.

Due to SC laws I was required to take the drugs and alcohol course to get my license back which is fine. I do however find it inadequate that there is only one program in the area of horry county that is all the way out… in the boonies of Conway. I didn’t have a license at the time because of the DUI I had in 2018. Thankfully it was 2021 so post Covid rules were mostly zoom meetings however had to find rides to go piss test. I completed said course in July 21 and finished paying online dec 21. Fast forward after I had taken care of everything else to get my license back completed the breathalyzer program and such I’m on my last 6 months of SR22 I was pulled over for speeding which I shouldn’t be doing but come to find out I’ve been driving on a suspended license. The officer said I failed to complete the alcohol course which I did in 2021 it’s now 2023. Come to find out because I paid online it never completed the process to show I paid in full so my ‘provisional license’ which I never knew was provisional was taken. Thankfully I wasn’t arrested for driving under suspension. This is a poor act of care. I worked hard to get myself taken care and the help I needed and now I have to wait for my court date to prove to them it was a billing mistake because I decided to pay online. My wife and I work opposite schedules so we can watch our son whose not in daycare. Now she has to worry about taking me to work and then we have to figure out how I take myself and our son home because of an error on this mishap. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

I was forced to enroll in this program afrer DUI. They have total monopoly over DUI programs here in Horry County. They refused to provide me with prove of enrollment. I went to DMV and stood in line for hours 2 times… already. DMV is claiming they never got anything from Behavioral Center. I kept calling them and getting same answer - we sent it. We resent it. I do not know how to connect those 2 organizations and can not get Provisional License because of this situation. This ia not all...during enrollment I specifically highlighted that I am on Suboxone for many years. Provided name and information about my doctor. But according to center they found opiod in my system. Looks like those people not talking to each other and I wish so much I never would meet them. Frustrating and powerless...

I've had a phenomenal experience And I'm not ashamed to say it. The customer service is pass reasonable. I feel like they do all they can especially if and when they could even with others that I've communicated with.… Especially as long as you get their on time as they say.Do what you're supposed to and get the h*** out of there. Mrs. Kirsten & Mrs KELSEY are the best !!! . I've got the opportunity to meet and deal with pretty much most of the staff on a 1 on 1 basis . Not ashamed too say it. 😉 I'm looking forward too some phenomenal news tomorrow as far as me not supposed to have to complete the course from Mr. Lee...the gentleman that's over the program as a whole. Now tomm. I'm posting pictures etc. I would love ❤️ everyone's opinion?, seriously maybe tonight.....I swear my DUI & MY IMPLIED CONSENT IS ESPUNGED....BUT LIKE I SAID BY GODS GRACE I PRAY ALL THIS GOES AWAY TOMM. 🙏...

Called to cancel an apt for a mandatory 28 day shot the day before. No one had any remorse for this even when the patient mentioned how bad off they felt. Kept the apt but 100% declined to offer the shot on the… mandatory 28 day mark. Asked to reschedule over a week out! Day of, within minutes before apt called to cancel it. This place is absolutely unprofessional, unorganized and zero patient care empathy. This place is a joke. Please do not waste your time looking for help at this business. Go somewhere else!!!

The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful! I haven't had a problem that they haven't tried to help with yet. All the counselors are great, but Lee and Darren are exceptional! They genuinely care about their… clients and want to help! I would recommend anyone struggling with addiction to seek help at Shoreline!
