Definitely NOT recommending Dr. Lain. First time visit, kept trying to get me on meds that I have taken in the past that haven't worked. He seems more like a Dr. that just rushes to get patients in and out with almost… no progress. I feel so much WORSE than before I came in. NEVER coming back

I was a client there and it's such a great place to get help if you want to stop using drugs, the people who runs the place are loving and caring, it really is a beautiful place to get off drugs.I was there for 3 months… and I enjoyed everyday, I ate good,got a piece of mind,got my rest, and enjoyed shooting pool, playing basketball and of course watching movies, so if you want to stop using drugs integrity is the place to be, and trust me, you will get your integrity back.

A staff that is attentive to your needs and a facility that is top notch.

I graduated 3 years ago and have been sober ever since! I stayed with them 2 1/2 years after that for outpatient to get my sublocade shot. Dr. Sarah and Ms. Brenda treated me with the utmost respect and were AMAZING to… my recovery. I am very thankful for them.

I went there last night and yes the place is filthy! I was put into a room that was swept, mopped, the toilet, and sink was nasty and mattress was stained and stinky! The windows had green mildew with mud- divers nest… everywhere! They allow stealing and everyone begged for cigarettes from the moment I stepped in the door! I had no choice but to discharge myself and try for a better place to get treatment!This place desperately needs a better administration and staff! M

The employees are amazingly compassionate. I have been seeing the drs & counselors @ Integrity Behavioral Management for around a decade!!! Dr Sarah Lain is an absolute hoot to talk to and she takes time to make sure… her patients receive the best treatment. She helps you feel comfortable to be open with her. Transparency is important in this type of healthcare and she ensures you feel comfortable and confident during your visit. If you are looking for a professional clinic this office is the one for you. This clinic changed my life in the best of ways. I’m forever grateful to them for helping me find my way. Let them assist you with the life you deserve. 😉

I had to remove the bedclothes from the prior client to make the bed. Housekeeping is much to be desired. I told them I would clean my room and bathroom which smelled of urine, and was told that they didn't have… cleaning supplies, like even just bleach. The case worker's weren't helpful at all and 99%of the staff was just as effective.

Brenda the Receptionist have the worst attitude ever I called for assistance and she had an attitude because you couldn’t hear me at first and then she was just like half an hour plus me like I was just aggravating her… and I’ll let you know what I would just find somewhere else to go so you guys need to find someone else to answer the phones and have a better customer service skills because that is terrible and I did call the wrong place by mistake but still I feel sorry for people that do you have to call there and really need assistance and they have to deal with someone like her Brenda needs to get fired she has bad customer service skills

As with every place there will be hiccups and everone wont always see eye to eye. When I called Integrity Reverend Lewis came right away and welcomed me to their facility. Before coming here i was in denial. They have… helped me and opened me up more than i could even imagine. I give Integrity 5 stars for their caring for recovering addicts. I would recommend anyone that needs help at least call and talk to them.

This place was absolutely disgusting. I felt like I was in jail rather than rehab. There was no sheets blankets or pillows on my bed upon entering which was a mattress basically strapped to a board. The intake girl… didn’t feel like doing a complete search so she made me “promise” I didn’t have drugs on me. The first girl I encountered completely insulted me. Not to mention, there were blood stains in the bathroom shower. Never again. I left, not to ruin my recovery.. simply felt totally uncomfortable.

I would Love to give some Great Words about This Doctor's office and the Wonderful Staff he has working with him.Let me start by saying this is one Big Happy Family working as a Team and when you walk though those front… doors you are treated just like Family , Every time you come here it's always the same the people here are always very Caring and loving and so Wonderful and i wish other Doctor's Offices were just like this one. The Staff treats you like your family and they will go beyond there job to help you with anything they can and sometimes we just might need someone to listen to us and that's all and they understand that and they make sure you leave there with a Smile on your face and in a lot better mood then when you walk in there and that is what makes them so Wonderful because they really care about you and they show you they do in so many ways i swear this is a "Wonderful Place" my friends and if you need this type of Care or a in house Treatment program i promise you there isn't a Better Place Anywhere eles ... I'm Speaking Straight from my Heart and i have been going there my self for many many years and i believe i can say the things I'm talking about right now because i know the people i have been going there for many many years and they have always treated me with the most respect and show me they really cared about me and that's why I'm telling you about this place and the people that work here i wish all the Doctor's office that i ever visited in my life time were like this one just so Wonderful and Doctor Lain and Mrs.Lain are just so Loving and Caring towards you and they treat you with love and respect and they really really care about the reason you are there and i promise you they will help you completely with any problems you are having at that time of your visit to them or they will find the right person that you need to help you because that's how they are .And believe me everyone that comes through those doors are treated with the most respect and they really love this place just like i do and i will never ever go to anyone eles as long as i live ...😀

Dr. Lain is a very knowledgeable and truly compassionate doctor. A rare find ln the days of auto-doctor.

Did some contact work there, office really organized and staff seemed very competent and professional. More mental health agencies should follow.

They have grief and other type of counseling, very nice staff.

Anyway,"I,Had No Intention Of Putting Down On This Place, Matter Of Fact, I Like Dr. Lane, Who's One Of The Doctor's There!
