What a joke. I ACTUALLY let her talk me into thinking they were listening and cared only for her to end the conversation with "we can't help you." What a literal joke.
Honestly what a joke. Tried to get help for myself and was promised they would help me but instead … dead end.

Ryan, one of the intake clinicians treated me with the upmost kindness and respect. The admin. staff made sure that I was seen within an hour of my arrival. I recommend this facility to anyone who may be seeking help… for substance abuse issues.

I had called wellmore in Waterbury Connecticut located at 4:02 East main street. I had asked for assistance for the first time in my 50 years of life they were generously pick me up, I went to their facility it was… dirty, smelly, I spoke with a counselor she was rude and unrespectful I then choose not to go in for treatment she then called the cops and I was arrested. I was looking for treatment I was not being disrespectful nor was I being intolerable but yet because I refused treatment she called the cops when she said that the Uber will pick me up, cuz I had called Uber and she's told me to cancel it and then I was arrested do not go to the facility if you need treatment they are extremely rude to their patients and disrespectful unkind and there will be a lawsuit.
If I could give them no stars I would... They are rude to the patients. Make you wait forever while they do nothing. Horrible place.
They help my friend so much
Wellmore has helped me immensely, they cater to all my needs and support me to the fullest. Dr.Raymond, and my counselor Nikki are excellent in helping me deal with my issues and without them i would probably be either… in jail or dead.
The receptionists for the adult services are very rude. I only wanted to know what programs Wellmore offer. The receptionist was very rude and she sound annoyed by my questions. Wellmore needs to re-evaluate the staff… they have answering there phones. They have no customer services skills.
