About Community Partners – Rochester
Community Partners operates from 25 Old Dover Road in Rochester. The site sits in Strafford County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Dover, Exeter and Raymond. New Hampshire draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.
Outpatient care is delivered here, alongside telehealth appointments and care for co-occurring mental health conditions. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Treatment Services at Community Partners
Outpatient care runs to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.
Trauma-specific services run alongside, which matters where the two are tangled together. Co-occurring mental health conditions are treated in the same building rather than split across providers. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen.

Community Partners Address, Location and Contact Information
The address is 25 Old Dover Road, Rochester, NH 03867, in Strafford County. The catchment reaches Dover, Exeter and Raymond. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity.
Telehealth appointments cover some contact where travel is difficult, which removes part of the journey for people further out. Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip. Waiting times vary with capacity, so call ahead rather than arriving unannounced.

If you have that kind of knowledge, a review in this section passes it on.
CTI HAS BEEN DOING EXCEPTIONALLY WELL WITH 👏 👌 👍 🙌 😀 😳 👏 ME FOR THIER WORK!!! I WOULD LOVE ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘 ❤️ TO ADD ON ABOUT JON SINDORF ALSO, HE IS ALSO DOING EXCELLENT, RESPECT HIM, THANKS!!!
Been with community partners off and on since I was a child into adulthood and its gotten to the point where there's no help at all from their side even tho I've tried my all if you have any relatives going here I… highly suggest you check other places
Had a scheduled appointment on a Monday in the morning and I got a text reminder at 7 am . So got up and ready to leave them got a call that my appointment was canceled . Really irritating. Was told they would call me… back to reschedule. Well here it is Saturday got a text that I have an appointment this Monday . So there not open but they can send there automated reminders . But it's irritating be cause they just automatically rescheduled with out checking with. Me if that date works for me. So now I have to call first thing hopping thAt I won't get a cancellation charge last minute. 🤦
I came here for services and was helped greatly by Dr Roper and by Dr Rollnick. Highly reccomend the both of them, very professional and knowledgeable. 5 stars for each of them!
Unfortunately, the emergency services is a joke. The person that I was working with wanted me to apply for disability, when I specifically requested help for finding employment multiple times. Now I am on Disability,… which I did not even want to begin with. Also the waiting list for the mental health services is nonexistent as they will call you when you are next in line, and can't even fulfill my request to have it in writing. If you are recommended to Community Partners, you're better off helping yourself or look for a different Community Mental Health Center.
Community partners lied on my medical records - the wrote a something blatantly false saying it came from another doctor
Excellent organization!
There’s a reason this place gets a bunch of bad reviews and one stars. For a mental health place they certainly don’t care about your mental health. They only wanna make it worse. They don’t want to work with people.… They don’t want people to get better. You shouldn’t be in service as a mental health provider if you don’t care about people’s mental health and just wanna make it worse.
Community partners in Rochester, New Hampshire is a horrible, horrible place to psychiatrist dr. Roper is one of the worst psychiatrist I have ever witnessed in my life. She was horrible to my niece from day one if you… ever want a psychiatrist do not see her at community partners either in Dover or Rochester New Hampshire she is disrespectful does not listen and does not want to help mental patients she needs to get out of that place very very bad reviews there
A wonderful nonprofit with a mission second to none. And this mission is executed. Daily! Highly recommend!
During my visit today to request support for a family member, I received a welcoming reception from the front office, but unfortunately, the medical coverage representative displayed defensiveness and rudeness from the… outset, consistent with my previous unsatisfactory interactions with community partners over the past five years.
This place need to close not helping people waiting for nothing to call I don’t think they really help people take them so long to give you a call to your appointment wow
My daughter has had phone appointments with Virginia Roper and she has now twice not kept the said time appointments! They seem to have no regard for people dealing with mental health issues.(It’s Real) Something needs… to be done about this facility as it’s just a hot mess!!!! Today September 18,2023 I heard Virginia Roper isn’t going to fill my daughter’s prescription anymore just because my daughter doesn’t answer her questions in a lengthy response this is so unethical and if I have to go to the medical board that’s what I’ll do as my daughter can’t be without her medicine.Stay clear of this place if you can!!!!
The low reviews are deserved. I recently tried to take my own life and I begged them to start seeing me again and they couldn't of cared less and never contacted me back after several attempts. All they did was keep… sending me bills, which I won't pay. I told them on an answering machine more than once my Insurance was finally activated /switched over by mass to NH. I have two insurances now, so their loss. they have a lack of care and only care about money. Stay away. They are the worst Therapy service I've ever encountered.
I forgive my trespassers every day of dialysis. Customer service did not seem all that important when they refused to switch my doctor after I refused to see Jim’s.
This place lies about services and good luck getting an appointment that is convenient for you.
You have a greater chance of taking your own life than you do being seen here. If you even get an intake they do not tell you it’s 5-6 month wait for services. Go somewhere else. This place will not help you.
Virginia Roper couldn’t care less about how she takes care of her patients, when and what their availability is and what they might want or need from her in terms of a care plan. Absolutely the worst community run… mental health service I’ve ever been through.
They have gone over and beyond for my grandson last year and now myself.
Awful awful awful
RUN AWAY!!! While the providers may be helpful, the office staff is pure trash. Condescending, Rude, incompetent, hang up on you, great times! You'd be better off finding a stranger named Frank to talk to them working… with the office staff here. Too bad... the mental health providersthemselves are quite nice.
Dont attempt to go here. Complete waste of time and money and will make you feel worse about things. They dont take mental health seriously. I was essentially made to feel by Kirsten M that since im able to hold down a… job what i face isnt valid enough to have any services. I explicitly said I wanted in person interaction and her recommendation at the end of intake was to go on a waitlist for something on zoom. It takes a lot to try and get help somewhere, so if you need help look elsewhere so you aren't made to feel invalid as well. Kirsten did not seem at all interested in helping. On one positive note Deb from customer service was extremely kind and friendly and welcoming. I only wish she had been the intake therapist instead.
Don’t even bother
I would advise anyone with mental health issues to seek services elsewhere. The front desk staff is friendly at least.
Awful. If I could give zero stars I would. Told us to be there at 3:30 for an intake for my daughter then we get there they tell us the doors are now closed. Would of been nice if they had told me this on the phone that… it is a first come first serve. I can’t just get out of work early everyday to try and be the first one to get into an appointment. Very unorganized! My daughter did therapy with community partners in Dover for about 2 years it didn’t work and she really needs help in seeing a psychologist, it’s sad that they turn down the ones that really need the help and guidance. Place looks like a run down dhhs office with a ghetto pharmacy right in it. Disgusting. 🤢
My son has been going to Community Partners for a couple years. I am very happy with the way services are based on his needs, and what works for our family.
