About Prestera Health Services – Barboursville
Prestera Health Services operates from 6007 U.S. Highway 60 East in Barboursville. The site sits in Cabell County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Lesage and Pea Ridge. West Virginia draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.
Outpatient care is delivered here, alongside telehealth appointments and care for co-occurring mental health conditions. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Treatment Services at Prestera Health Services
Outpatient care runs to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.
Trauma-specific services run alongside, which matters where the two are tangled together. Co-occurring mental health conditions are treated in the same building rather than split across providers. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen.

Prestera Health Services Address, Location and Contact Information
The address is 6007 U.S. Highway 60 East, Barboursville, WV 25504, in Cabell County. The catchment reaches Lesage and Pea Ridge. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity.
Telehealth appointments cover some contact where travel is difficult, which removes part of the journey for people further out. Interpreting services including ASL are available on request. Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip.

Never been treated so horrible by staff and talk to by someone so horrible I would like to talk to someone in Charge
When First arriving here to do the short term I really didn’t know what to think I had no idea of how anything was ran but upon arrival I was treated very good and the staff made me feel like I was welcomed with open… arms I had only planned on doing the short term 28 day program but half way thru I knew I needed more so when I graduated short term I went upstairs to long term where I met even more incredible people every person that works here will do whatever they can to make sure your moving forward and help you in anyway they can they are not just staff they are individuals who have been there and now they give back and continue to help the next person who struggles to find a new way of life..and I want to acknowledge Melody for everything she does she is always on the go and back and forth from building to building but she still keeps her door open and will stop what ever she is doing to help anyone she can
Great place and great people miss them all 417 days clean
SROs truly gave me a safe friendly environment to grow in my recovery.. it's a drug free environment with friendly management and staff.. that holds me accountable with random drug screens which Im happy to take. Its… giving me back my life adulting..Not enough privacy and too much freedom in my early recovery didn't work well with me in my past.. I am blessed to live here along side many other recovering addicts.. I have also been blessed to see the parking lots fill up with cars and friends move back to their home towns or new apartments.. The opportunity to heal here gives me hope to continue on my recovery journey. We do recover!
I am so blessed to have the opportunity to reside here. Melodie was amazing and so helpful with me moving in making sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable and make this place my home. It’s a great place to… continue my recovery and learn to live on my own again!
They charge 450.00 out of pocket and no on-site laundry for clients ,and clients information is being announced by employees to other individuals throughout city! Giving other clients information on other residents in… group meetings! Meals are for the 21day program residents only ,and food pantry is filled once a month by staff! It's a clean place and staff checks rooms every day between 3-5p.m.
Non-medically assisted treatment type of joint. They do the visteral shot or the sublacade shot but no meds flat out. Good 28 day program
I haven't ever been a patient there but my husband has and still is ATM and he says its a ok place!!
The 28 day program at pinecrest prestera is absolutely amazing!!! Renaissance is nothing but money . I was there 2 months and learned nothing and got kicked out over she said drama that was based on assumptions not… facts.
It was alright but at first was being hardheaded . Just wasn’t really ready at that point but now thinking of calling and trying to get back in there .
definately owe my life to them.. the staff there genuinely cares about each individual an I was blessed to be given the opportunity I got an they saved my life ..
This place changed my life
Wish I would have listened to them after 28 days was up and not moved to illinois where I've graduated to heroin. Trying to go back and get the help I know they offer. Hoping they will accept my illinois medicaid or… atleast tell me how to transferbfeom state to state. I failed because I didn't use the tools they gave me. And to be honest I was fooling around with a man that worked there and made him the center of my attention. I've been to 2 rehab in illinois one I stayed at for 2 days and the other one in chocago 2 weeks. Pincrest was 5 stars compared to these where they treat you like inmates instead of people seeking out help on their own. Pray for me all who read this! I need it
My mother went there last year. She said that she was sort of worried, but they don't give you medicine to stop your addiction. She has been clean for a VERY long time, because of this rehab center. If you are looking… for help, this is FOR SURE the place to get the help!!!
