The nursing staff is… compassionate and really provide excellent care. I really feel the staff here cares and I’m excited to work with them and see my life improve. My name is Taylor and I’ve been on this specific clinic for over 5 years. I owe this clinic and my Councelor Sam my life. This was the first clinic that I got on that didn’t have people outside selling drugs. It’s clean… and very well run. Sam helped me through the hardest times of my life, she helped my son back my family back and now I’m able to live the life I’ve always wanted. I can truly thank everyone at access recovery and mostly Sam for always being there for me. I don’t know where I would be with out you guys.

I love this clinic, the employees here are the absolute BEST, my counselor Sara is a truly sweet person, so supportive, helpful and non judgemental. The nurses are always on point and accurate, and the other employees… are always quick to help and down to earth. Thank you ladies and gentlemen!

This place has truly been a GOD send and frankly, Access Recovery Solutions Delray Beach saved my life- more than once. I got hooked on opioids when I was 13 years old and have had multiple attempts at sobriety. I've… tried multiple clinics and this place is BY FAR the BEST, most hands on and they literally all genuinely care about and have gone above and beyond anything ive ever experienced from inpatient treatment centers to many IOP's- The Doctor here, the therapists- I mean EVERYONE from the moment i desired to live a better way of life and took the 1st step and stop using, to the moment i arrived at their doors- from the intake process, to learning about this disease of addiction with the brilliant doctor and the EXCEPTIONAL help and service Sam, Carrie, Sara, AnnMarie- the staff and therapists provide...... I would not be sober today had it not been for this place. I thank GOD for this place and EVERYONE I have had the pleasure of meeting and building a relationship with at Access Recovery Solutions. 100% the BEST Experience out of a very long road and journey. The best place you could possibly go to for help from laid back, non-judgemental people that will really help you. I have a lot of knowledge and experience dealing with this and I can honestly say that coming here will… save you a lot of time, frustration, heartache, and misery. I've been in treatment for 15 years in 3 different states and hands down this is by far the best place I've gone to. From the nurses to Miss. Tonysha Their all professional and care about your well being Miss Tonysha… has been the best counsler I've ever had!

This place LITERALLY saved my life. When I 1st came to ARS I was what most people would call a hopeless case. I had tried everything. Literally! This place is absolutely special. This staff is absolutely what separates… ARS from any other clinic. My counselor is Tonysha and she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have seen all types of professionals and have been lucky enough to have the resources to do so and see the so called "best". None of them have even come close to my counselor Tonysha. She is absolutely AMAZING. I can't say it enough. She has been spot on with me from day one. I am talking about truly going above and beyond and giving me the courage to do it. My counselor is Literally the best in the business but if you aren't lucky enough to get her ALL of the counselors and staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! If you think you can't do it or have lost faith please try ARS. PLEASE! IT WILLL LITERALLY SAVE YOUR LIFE AND GIVE YOU A BETTER LIFE THAN YOU EVER HOPED FOR!!!!

I started my journey on medication assisted treatment almost 6 years ago when i was about to have my first baby and since then transferred to many clinics all over south florida, hands down best clinic i have been… treated at. The doctor was also previously a OBGYN and that made me feel extremely comfortable as I had my daughter on the medication and now my 3rd baby, so he was knowledgeable and caring. My counselor Tonysha was AMAZING! I have never had a bound and actually felt comfortable and enjoyed talking with any counselor I had at previous clinics, Tonysha was not only my counselor but made me feel like she could also be my friend in a professional matter. She still was hard on me when I needed it but compassionate and caring. I live two hours away and unfortunately will transfer to a closer clinic and I am extremely sad to leave my counselor. Access recovery always handled my medication fast at pickup correctly and dispensed safely. Amazing clinic and amazing staff!

This place has handsdown the best counselors and the smoothest program than any other one . I had gone to forest hill and lakeworth ones and relapsed after a month several times but not delray they are so warm and… patient and makes recovery possible Sara my councler is perfect she listens and guides me in this sober life and shes done a good job with me and family

I have been going to ARS since March 2019, and it is now my 4th year! YAY! I have been extremely content and always look forward to my next success in this program! I would recommend anyone to ARS in Delray. It is a… program that is unobtrusive at the start of reaching your goal of sobriety and very supportive as you reach each next step. With the right counselor, you can develop a relationship that is both informative and supportive. You do not need to be afraid to ask questions or voice your opinions. I have learned so much more here bc I am happy and relaxed, so I absorb much more than if I were tense and insecure . When I phase up Tonysha always congratulates me and she makes it a big deal (bc it is) and is always sincere; I can tell she is proud of my hard work and she gives me the space I need to be in control, while letting me know she is always there. We are so compatible that way. Tonysha is an all around great person with positive energy flowing out and her youth only compliments it. That is what we all strive for, being positive! Having the right fit with your counselor (I feel) is extremely important to anyone’s success and I know I would have stayed 4 years if I did not have the right counselor for me. She really is very supportive and a valuable part of my program.I am extremely grateful for finding ARS.😋 Everyone at ARS is important as well as encouraging. Walking in the door, being greeted by Sara who always has a kind word and a smile, it is hard to imagine anyone having a bad day after speaking with Sara. Now others have taken her place as she moves up, and the same courteous and happy greeting is still there, so it shows that ARS is a wonderful place to be. Our nurse Annmarie is also a great nurse who is happy, pleasant, and great at her job. 😉 I wanted to share my story bc I think it is so important to share positive experiences gained during such a hard time. I have really worked hard to get here (my 4th year sober)And having someone there on the recovery side who is so supportive and who always keeps their word; she does everything she says she will do and I never have to remind her and that let’s me know I can always count on my counselor and that is priceless! 🥰

This place is the most professional methadone/Subutex and Suboxone medication assistant treatment clinic I have ever seen. When people visualize these kind of places unfortunately a more negative picture, especially to… the general public that aren't in or close to a person with an addiction disorder comes to mind. It's also known that other businesses often protest a clinic moving into the plaza they are in. I seen others, this is definitely the Hilton of treatment centers, I'm talking top notch. This place is a God send to me. I been coming here ( with a small break due to a logistical situation) since 2015. I was the 30 th patient I was told. So I seen this place threw it's entire tenure. First when you walk in here you feel like you're in a high end plastic surgery center or something, because it is clean, set up with pride and it's not like other clinics, with a bunch of impatient people, loud yelling , deals going down in parking lots and fights about who is next in line. They simply do not have that going on here. They have a leaderboard line system where you check in with the receptionist ( always giving a big smile) and your number comes up. So you sitting down. There isn't no fussyabout who is ahead of whom. They make you feel like a person not some street junkie. They don't judge you, make you feel like less human just because you sadly sercame to a disorder that is badly stigatized when if your sincere about wanting treatment and follow the rules, all reasonable they will give you respect back. They don't use power trips or negative twin. They are open and honest. It's a pleasure to go here more than anything else you re their most important part of their company. Like it should be. My counselor Tamisha is the best. Theis memory still stands out " I was worried about a drug test result, as I had gotten some medicine other than methadone for pain while in the hospital. I had to request my records and it takes two weeks at times back then, at best. Sometimes longer. I asked if I was going to loose my phase ( take home bottles) I have years of clean tests and if you can prove that a Dr in the ET say have you a opioid because you had a extra painful condition , well the positive test will be accepted as a clean one. But in the meantime I feared I have to have all my take homes put on hold. So I asked her if I could wind up coming and not getting them . She replied "I would never just take them and not discuss it with you ahead of time. I wouldn't want that done to me, so I treat my clients like I would want to be treated." That was the Gold Star ⭐ of statements from a clinic employee I have ever heard. She is the best. She will go out of her way to help you. I feel like if I was or did relapse I could tell her because she would have that respect. Yes consequences may ot may not come from it. But I know she support me and be like we got this! That's they rarest find. If you're looking for MAT treatment in the Palm Beach County area please call this place. They run circles around the competitions. No other places can touch these professionals. And the Dr is knowledgeable and extremely well informed. If I had to move out of state and could I would want to commute once a month here I'm on the highest phase. But seriously that's how great it is. I can't say one bad thing about them. Absolutely amazing! Thank you Access RECOVER Solutions. I'd be likely in the gutter or worse if it wasn't for all of you!
