My individual therapist was awesome, and I loved my group therapy group because I got to talk with more people my age with the same stuff going on in their lives like me. Overall they helped me improve my mental health… and made my life a little better :)

I’ve been coming to The Faulk Center for 6 years and they have transformed my life for the better. The people there are very friendly and welcoming and they offer groups and also individual counseling (both online and… in person). While the center does not take insurance, they do have a sliding scale that can accommodate most people. Over these past 6 years, I’ve had a new clinician each year and some may argue that would be a disadvantage. I disagree as we have learned from each other and it’s someone who can offer a different perspective. Having different clinicians over the past 6 years has allowed me to grow and change as a person and I will always be grateful for the wonderful people at The Faulk Center. For anyone who is handicapped, the center has an elevator to make the building accessible. For anyone needing support or just need to talk to someone, this is the place to be. It is a friendly, judgement free place and you will be welcomed with open arms. I am so thankful and blessed to be a client. I can’t say it enough.

I was a client 7 years ago. My experiences have been great. The secretary Debbie was so kind and supportive when I was first getting my intake this time and has been nothing but pleasant and friendly. The staff and… students are knowledgeable helpful. With over 28 years of experience in Mental health and multiple certifications within the field, I can candidly state that this place is the best! The professionalism, compassion, and care shown for each and every client… are beyond five stars. The Faulk Center for Counseling is nothing short of exemplary. One of its best features is the outstanding clinical team. Filled with caring professionals that have clearly each sought and strive to continue building and bettering every aspect of treatment as if it is a personal passion project and legacy to each of them. I have personally experienced a few very difficult life events and relied on them for help. I hold them personally responsible for the success, wellness, and fortunate outcomes that I have experienced as a result of counting on their help. I must say it's sad to see some of these bad reviews on such a nice place. I used to go here often a few years back. It was great. Couldn't beat the price. Actually thinking of going back soon. Not sure if it's changed… but they really work with you on the price based on what you can afford. Yes there are student therapists but for the price you pay it's better than nothing. Have you seen what other Psychologist charge these days!? The students are very bright and well educated they just don't have a lot of experience. Cut them some dam slack. Instead of complaining people should be grateful understanding. I swear people just LOVEEEEEE to complain. How about work out your issue with management in a reasonable manner dont go tattle tale and bash them online.

I would like to say thank you so much for the great support provided to my teenager daughter, this place help us to navigated thru pandemic and after those dark moments. My daughter had receive advised and support to… control emotions and take smart decisions. I have the plasure to talk to Mrs Debbie who was assiting me with payments and also the Drs. involve in the therapy session. I highly recommend it to those parent with kids all ages or even if you are going thru dificult moments do not hesitate to get help and assistance. Therapy at the Faulk changed my daughter's life and for that reason I would be always thankful, You have not idea the positive impact made it in our life. Thank you Sincerely M

The staff here are professional,… knowledgeable, and deeply committed to providing the best service possible for the community they serve. I have recommended loved ones to their care and would 100% continue to do so.

This place is a ripoff. All they care about is money, not the well-being of anyone. Overcharge for everything and toss your child in an unsanitary room full of other kids. Counseling is from immature, unprofessional… student trainees to save money. Find a LICENCED professional if you're having issues with your child, this is certainly not the place for proper care.

As a former doctoral intern and then a clinical staff member at the Faulk Center, I can attest to the attention, care, and compassion that those who seek their services will experience. I never hesitate to refer family,… friends, and my own clients who are seeking affordable, quality care because I know they will not be disappointed.

Excellent options for a variety of low cost services! Not an appropriate place for substance abuse treatment. They have a large dedicated team that goes above and beyond to help the community!

The fact is simple, we are facing a mental health crisis in our country and there are just not enough organizations out there that provide affordable, accessible mental health services. The Faulk Center is leading the… charge on this front and I commend them for their commitment to serve those who are often overlooked. I refer clients here often and I hear great things about the strides they are making in the lives of others. Thank you.

After 2 hour intake call my daughter was turned away and told to get help for binge and purging when she Even told them that she thought of suicide every day and hadn’t binged and purged in over 2 months. A week later I… had to baker act my daughter because finding a Dr to help her right away was not going well everyone kept telling us it was a 2 week Waite for an appointment. All they cared about was the intake fee and not the well being of my daughter! Don’t bother with this group
