We Level Up – Pompano Beach

I learned so much about myself here. The program helped me build healthier habits and a better mindset.

This was one of the most informative, chaotic yet beautiful experiences I had while at we level up. The energy is fun and the information was extremely resourceful. The diversity of people and genuine love for others… was next level. My therapist ms. Janet helped me tremendously. Josh Melissa Robert and numerous other staff members aided greatly In my recovery. I appreciate the live, while tough at times; extremely beneficial. I recommend it to everyone and hope that I see them in the future as an alumni.

I am pleased with my current self.

The councilor’s were competent and the groups were adequate, but the food was hit or miss, plastic plates and plasticware gave a sense of being disposable, loved having meetings at night. Now the nurse and dispensing of… medication was always an adventure for sure, there are not any IV stations, it’s all medicine by oral, I white knuckled it and will hopefully never forget this experience, I hope nobody has to go through this. The main complaint from me is the lack of consistency which lead to a lack of confidence, I am grateful for the support I did receive, and am working my program as dedicated as I can, take the good and leave the rest, God bless

The counselors walk with you through the darkest moments of your trip until you discover the light, rather than merely talking at you.

This location is a vision of hope, i was ready to here the mess.

Don't trust the people on the phone, they will be super kind and considerate at first. They'll be patient and kind and listen to your problems. If you're worried about the cost, etc, they will persaude you, because… people in need of this service are vulernable. But once you change your mind? The mask is off. The dude I spoke with, Dan, was very nice, but then when I called back a few days and told him I cancelled? "You're going to need us in the future." "This is the wrong decision." "What makes you think you've figured things out?". Total disrespect in his tone, this alone made me not trust this place and I will never go there. the fact that someone so nice to me turned on a dime convinced me that they only want my money. Update: It's been a few years now but I'd like to add that they will call you for MONTHS from tons of different phone numbers to where blocking isn't an effective strategy. Great

Absolutely do not send anyone here. They block all communication. Our house was on fire, & they would not call my loved one.

The techs and the therapists were nothing but good to me. Especially my main counselor, Anthony. It was a gift to hear Him, Brian, Shae and him again for my last full day. The nurses were awesome. The kitchen staff is… on point. But there's some weird kind of stuff going on with management. And at least one supervisor. Kyle lied to me a few times. And just hid to let the techs do everything after wards. He would get severely impatient if I actually tried to read any of the 25 releases. Never offered to give me copies or actually explain anything. Just "You're just signing this to be here under our care". And he kept yelling at everyone else to do things that he was right there for.

They are just after your money and will harass you endlessly in an attempt to get it.

I’ve never been around people who care this much. We Level Up made me feel like a person again. Their professionalism and genuine connection helped me believe in my future. I owe them everything.

Phone representative very robotic and uncaring. Don’t waste your time.

We Level up met all my needs to my new recovery journey. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant the facility gave me a new mindset which my goal was to accomplish coming here.
