5 star treatment each and every time. I go on a monthly visit. The receptionist and nurses are especially helpful and respectful.

I'm not a vet myself but I drive in 85-year-old guy who is a vet there quite a bit and even though they see about 15,000 people everyday (well maybe not that much but a lot) and they have a large waiting area I've never… seen more than just a handful of people waiting because it doesn't take them long before they call them back.

Always top rate care. I have been going to tc va for 7 years while in mi. They treat me with so much respect, care. I have total trust in them as care givers. They are awesome. I was never a one to believe doctors as… GOD'S. I still don't. My moms doctor was not. But that was the past. I trust my va, because they listen. They are forward thinking. They also send me to the top doctors in my area. They believe in preventive care. Awesome team.

World Class Medical Clinic with outstanding staff. Facilities are spotless. Staff is courteous but can be busy so be patient with them. I have never had better medical care than what I get at the VA's Col Demas T. Craw… clinic in Traverse City. My VA care team(s) have been far superior to anything I ever had while on active duty at US Army facilities. I cannot say enough about the people who work here and the very high-quality superb level of medical support I get for a complex set of medical issues. Thank you, VA Traverse City. Amazing staff! Super friendly

I’ve been in VA healthcare systems all over the country, and most recently in San Diego and Seattle. As soon as I arrived here, my healthcare has been affected negatively. My treatment plan that was developed with a… much higher level of skilled physicians has been changed by lower echelons of care. Coming to Traverse City has meant taking two giant steps backwards in my healthcare needs which are significant due to toxic exposure. Medication‘s I’ve been on for 15 years have been changed, discontinued, and reduced by less qualified staff. As a former healthcare professional, I know that my level of care should not suffer due to regional or personal biases of any medication. My surgeon who is the head of gastroenterology of University of Washington, prescribed me anti-nausea medication that basically has kept me alive at times. Now a nurse practitioner steps on his prescription and prognosis. It’s absurd. Do yourself a favor, and except nothing less than a doctor.

It was not very busy during my visit at the clinic today. The clinic building was expertly refurbished and was beautifully done with a well relaxed atmosphere. The professional staff treated me with dignity and respect,… being very accommodating with me. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit today.
