I’m so happy Cadillac has a clinic now i used to drive to Grand Rapids and traverse city I really have no complaints about the new clinic the staff and nurses are wonderful people I’m a part of a new home nurse program… from there where I get a nurse visiting me at home and a social worker sometimes we all do video appointments or meet at restaurants or coffee shops twice a week I meet with them they are helping me get out into the community more I had a social skills group with a wonderful doctor and fellow veterans to interact with which is great I live alone and don’t have a lot of friends right now so they have some really great programs there for things like weight loss also and when I have to get my injection there or go for an appointment with my psychiatrist everybody is always very nice I really have no complaints right now about the Va healthcare system the Va even has a phone app now you can order refills and send messages to your care team and providers from a device with the app I’m posting some screenshots of my phone app my primary care team is great they ordered me a new light therapy happy light isn’t that very nice of them it came to my door the other day I’m very pleased with the staff in Cadillac no complaints here I’m posting a picture of the light

Update: I recently had my first appointment with my… primary care doctor at the Cadillac VA Clinic. I've never been to any medical place where the employees were as dedicated and professional as the Cadillac Clinic. My primary care doctor, Marc Robinson, Ph.D., is the best in my 81 years of life. To say the least, impressive!
Everytime I try to schedule an appt, its 2-3 months out. Ask for care for certain things, and get pushed in another direction. Get told to just purchase otc medication for mild things like allergies. Couldnt seem to get… care for any chronic issues. Switched clinics because this one was just that uncaring.
