Bill Kelly House – Minneapolis

Bill Kelly House would be more fun, nicer, and worthy if you had staff that were professional, courteous, understanding, and not threaten or attack you. I'll revise this review when I feel things have improved.

I felt like I was thrown away. They put me in a homeless shelter without my medications, and didn't call or anything. I nearly committed suicide.. Glad to now be in an IRTS that actually cares

Compassionate, respectful and flexible staff. Clean facility, very good homemade meals. All put together plays a highly consequential role in getting better and have hope for a better future.

Some people may call this a treatment facility. But how the staff treat people is truly awesome.

Excellent staff, clean environment. Outings, movies, bowling and various shopping. Staff cares! Excellent cook provides tasty healthy meals very accommodating. Yoga room and educational groups

The bill Kelly house was very helpful, for what I needed. The nurse Sharon is the best, and entire staff as well as the cook Carnice, are excellent in what they do, and what they do is help people

I got a lot out of the Bill Kelly House. The staff was wonderfull--especially nurse Sharon and my counsellor Taryn. However, much of the weekend staff was completely incompitent. We had problems with a resident who was… bugging the hell out of everyone. This one guy's solution was for everyone to just go to their room. What a moron. I especially didn't like the director, Kelly. She actually had the nerve to tell us that some of our concerns were nothing compared to our overall recovery. No one tells me what's important to me except me. We had a child molestor who had taken advantage of a 15 year old girl in the neighborhood, in the house, on the weekend. I told Kelly and she basically told me to mind my own business. Kelly is one helluva gal.
