I went here before in 2022 and went back after I relapsed Valentine’s Day in 2024 and did not stay long. Workers up front was like chickens with there heads cut off and seemed overworked and they needed more people… working there .I was talked so very horrible by the manager. I Came in to ask for some records for my doc last Friday and talked to new front end girl and new manager and it was not the same place. The new manager woman even took me aside in an office and talked to me about real life things and showed me how they do appointments and was jokin with other people workin there!. She got me on with them to start again since my place now is so far. It was a good place! Gave it 5 stars!

With the help from Brightview I have been clean and sober for over 13 yrs now. My Dr is amazing, thank you Kelly! My counselor, Aaron, is one of the best counselors I have ever came across in my 40+ years. He has an old… soul and carries no judgment. Jennifer is the most calm, attentive, and understanding human being who runs the office now. She will put you in your place when needed and will go out of her way to make your life, or the process easier for you, and in the most helpful way. Everyone here has lived through some part of addiction and are fully understanding. I would not be alive today, if it wasn't for every single one of these people, plus the others I didn't mention. When you're ready they're there, for everyone no matter who you are. No judgment period. 6 stars 🌟 in my opinion. They all are a blessing in my life and my family's!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with this doctor's office. The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. They truly make you feel comfortable and valued as a patient.… The doctors and medical team take the time to listen to all of your concerns and make sure your health needs are carefully considered. I never feel rushed, and I appreciate how attentive and compassionate everyone is. If I had one small suggestion for improvement, it would be to make the process a little faster when moving through the different stages of the appointment. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait before seeing the doctor. However, the quality of care and attention I receive more than makes up for it. Overall, I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and dedicated healthcare team.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been sober 5 years and have been with brightview for awhile. over the last few months I have seen incredible changes. The staff is so friendly, the wait times used to be hours long. Now, most times I get in and out… within a hour or so. Jennifer is such a gem. So attentive and makes each person feel welcome, heard and seen. So bright and cheerful, exactly what brightview needed. Kelly the doctor, is such a doll. I'm on a taper and have been for awhile and She leaves it up to me when I want to lower my dose and never once has made me feel rushed. I really love the relationship we have built. Thomas, my counselor is such an asset to the brightview team. Each and every person you come in contact with here will make you feel like you are in the right place. They have a new system where you can become bi monthly if you provide clean tests for 2-3 months I think. . Which I love ,with me Being a busy mom and fulltime working parent. This place is nothing like it was years ago. Thank you to the brightview staff for supporting me in my sobriety continuously!

Non judgemental clean friendly deff a go-to if ur looking to get on the right path

I've been coming here for years!!! I get counseling and love no judgement!!! I went through a period of intense physical issues, I never told anyone but it made me throw up lose appetite so my levels have been low , for… the first in 5 years! I want to explain but it's too personal!!! Will be over soon they help me with chronic pain from a really bad back injury I brought proof !!! The times I've slipped up they helped me so even though sometimes takes a long t5everyone complains (me too) my legs hurt badly my prostectic hurts , they are always patient!!! I worry about all the naloxone in me and they won't change to none ! I'm treated with respect patience and love 😚!!! Come here if you need help don't listen 👂🏼 to fools who judge plus for those of us with chronic pain this is perfect because very very very hard to abuse !!!!! I’ve been coming to brightview for almost 10 months and I have to say that Jennifer is one of the best parts of my entire visit. She makes me feel so comfortable and important. She cares about people and shows everyone… the utmost respect and compassion. She was born to work there. I was going through a tough time in my life and I didn’t know what was going to happen to me or where I was going to go and the first thing I did was call into brightview and Jennifer answered the phone, I was distraught and she talked to me with the sweetest tone and calmed me down and helped me with any and every resource available to me. She truly goes above and beyond for not just me but EVERYONE at brightview and I’m so glad she’s part of my visits !!

They treat you with respect and don’t judge you of your past and they always have positive energy while you are there and also treat everyone equally

Don’t go here unless you wanna sit in the waiting room for 2 hours, just to take a urine test (for the second day in a row, even though it was negative the first time). If you don’t have Medicaid it’s just a money scam.… I went for an assessment and they told me it would be a 4 week thing, keep in mind at any other place it’s not like that, simply because bright view just wants your money for each appointment.This place was nothing but a joke and just caused me more stress!

I've never felt comfortable ever really sharing my story until Brightview,the make everything so great. Everyone there is aweso.e. the place is fantastic. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Great place and great ppl!

I was recently released from prison. I'm currently in a halfway house in Lancaster Ohio. I failed a urine screen at Bright View over a month ago since which I have passed 5. The staff at Bright View waited until today… to inform the staff here that I had a positive screen. I will now be put on a 30 day in house hold and lose my job and everything that I have been working towards. I went to Bright View to get help for my addiction. I'm regretting that decision greatly right now. They had to inform this facility I had a positive screen. I understand that. But why wait until now, when I have made the positive changes in my life to achieve something better, to do what they should have done the moment I failed. I made the decision to use. That is my fault alone. But bright view just used thay mistake to knock me back down to having nothing. That's not the way it's supposed to work.

I believe that bright view is a very nice and professional Drs office to visit and I highly recommend anyone who is looking to start the mat program for the recovery

The Dr I seen today at my appointment was kinda disrespectful and wouldn't listen to what I was trying to say .I'm very unhappy about the long wait time. There is no sense in having to sit there for 2 or 3 hrs I mean… some people have jobs.

Every staff member I encountered was very polite and friendly. The process seems to be better, faster and more organized than a year ago when I came to Bright View the first time. I think I will have more success this… time around. Stephan Smith

Brightview is a good place, the staff aeems to care alot about their patients and so far is doing a great job at taking care of my needs.

Great place to be treated, they actually care about the people they treat. They understand with recovery you will make mistakes along the way. They are very forgiving as long as you are getting closer to achieving your… goals. Would recommend to others. No one will do your recovery for you but if you show up make a effort they are a great place
