I have been with them for quite some time and they have always been compassionate. The counselors are excellent, and the nurses are very helpful. Whether going up or down on your dose is pretty much simple. It doesn’t… take a long time they do it right away. Sarah has been very helpful with me and working with me going down on my dose they don’t judge you as far as the nurses go Sarah, Cindy, etc. they don’t judge the counselors are also the same if you make a mistake and they don’t judge, they just want you to work through it and inspire you to continue on your quest to sobriety, it is tricky to find them but out of all the places that I’ve been to and tried. This is the best one I have ever tried, especially with the nurses and the counselors plus the doctor he’s amazing. Actually they’re all amazing. They tell you how it is and there is no judgment. That’s what I like about it. You start to get close to the team. They don’t treat you any different than anyone else so if I were you, I would really try this place. It’s very clean out of the years that I’ve been there. It’s always been clean and the holidays they do have treats out for you which I like and it’s pretty quick so you’re not there for a very long time waiting to be called you go up tell them your number and then within minutes you’re dosing. So if you want somewhere where no one judges and is quick this would be your place.
