Community Medical Services – San Antonio

These people have helped me get life in order again. They really are a special place to grow! I am adding to the post to also express my gratitude for them helping me get my life back together as a whole. Teaching me… self reliance and how to be independent. So they are literally helping me rebuild block by block. Everything I thought I would never be able do or have in life and it’s slowly coming back. And every one is so awesome jere kind, understanding. Absolutely best clinic in San Antonio!

If your ever feeling down an out because of your shame or conditions of your past use of substance that your having a problems with not being able to find any solution or any ways or means to get yourself to this… specific location or any others that participate in simular services don't worry about a thing, just always remember "there's a way out of every situation", just get here and they will help with every ways or means in finding a resolution with making a way happen that you thought there would never be a way. Especially when you have a staff they currently have right now, from the brain, all the way to mind, their staff, like the Manager Ms. Mary, and her assistant Ms.Tracy who knows practically the majority of each person that comes in either weekly biweekly or monthly, to one of more than several counselors such like Mr. Jim, that learns to know your situation and helps with finding you ways or means of getting you back from abnormal to simply a normal time being yourself once again, believe me these folks are not the there to judge you but to simply help you finding the solution thats going to work in your best interest for all concerned parties involved, including the Doctor B. Dillon, and the nurse's like Ms. Shannel, an others who know what's going on with each patient's past or present addiction, in helping and guiding you through the process and getting yourself back to where you once where even before you started using. So, I've been going their now for past 16-18 months and have got nothing but good things to say about their services, and their caring not to mention the trust in each and every one of the staff that I mentioned in this review, the time an place, let alone opportunity is here waiting on you to just come clean and ask for help with little to no in some cases cost what soever if you consult with them first. Just remember this, if your feeling negative about it cause of still wanting to stay in the game, or keep taking them oppiodes an other non essentials that have got you hooked, and have become a antidote to your body daily a must have so you feel like your going through withdrawals just pick up your phone and reach out to them, and you never know Ms. Tracy may be the one who answerers your call, just let her know your situation and she'll schedule you a time to come in pronto for a opportunity for you to get onboard that same day perhaps. Just stay positive and all is well, and CMS, an staff keep up the great work! God bless.

Awesome place I transferred in from another clinic staff is polite and helpful.

My daughter is going to this location and the manager Mary is so amazing and caring and helpful and Dr. Dillon has been so helpful and supportive with my daughter he truly cares about the clients at this location along… with Ashley I would recommend this location for treatment.

OMG this has been amazing change in my life being an addict majority of my life. Coming to this clinic has kept me clean and sober for almost 3 years. My counselor Esperanza, Ashley my peer support is so amazing,also… all the Nurses are so helpful and very friendly. highly recommended

Community Medical Services is an excellent place for anyone seeking help getting off opioids. The program is organized, professional, and truly supportive. The system works, and you can tell it’s designed to help people… succeed. Mary, the manager, does a fantastic job running the clinic. Her leadership shows in how smoothly everything operates and in the respectful way patients are treated. Highly recommend for anyone ready to take the first step toward recovery.

CMS SAN ANTONIO has helped me to change my life around! Just like many others in recovery, I have fallen a couple times but that’s okay! This place has had GREAT counselors ( Liz, and Haley) to help get back to living a… “normal” life, but mainly MARIA is the one that has helped me with my recovery and life goals for years. I am now lowering my doses to prepare to continue my life without my medication. Thank you CMS

What can I say about the place that it's a very good clinic to go to. I've been to other one and never got the help that I got from CMS. They are very understandable people help you whatever you need or should I just… say if they could help you out they got you they want you to succeed in life not to be a failure it's kind of distance from where I live but it's worth going they could help you get transportation out there with the V.I.A TRANSIT. If you want to better your life while you're on the methadone you should come here they're welcome you with open arms all the counselors are friendly and nice to you also the nurse they give you the medicine and here you don't have to wait long in line or not it's very quick trust me give it a try keep up the good work CMS . Miss.Smith thank you for all good input and guidance you gave me your best counselor everyone would want. Thank you so much may our lord bless you.

I truly enjoy community medical Services clinic

They are good people that work there from the Dr to Tracy to the Counselor and nurses

From the moment I walk in, I am greeted with a welcoming warm smile. Tracy is absolutely great in how she handles that front area. The nurses are so kind and friendly. The counselors I have & had are so motivating and… inspiring. The Dr. Has been Kind and listened to every concern and answered whatever questions I had with patience. Definitely 5 stars from my experience at CMS.

This is one of the best clinics ive been to Mrs,Esperanza has been an amazing counselor i always look forward to talking to her even if i dont have an appt shes always been fair and respectful an with my best interest… at heart! Thank u 🙏

My experience at this place has been absolutely amazing and extremely beneficial for my recovery. My appointments are always greeted with a friendly staff member, and the counseling sessions, and unlimited resources… that they provide have made my journey in my recovery more than just an experience but a way to a better life. To all of the employees there, keep up the assume work!

CMS has been a wonderful place for my recovery. The staff treats everyone equally and if you’re wondering if you’ll be there for long periods of time , due to lines being massively long like at every clinic here in the… San Antonio district. I actually transferred to CMS from another clinic and instead of dreading to go get my medicine , like I did at another clinic bc of having to sometimes be there and not knowing how long it’ll be before getting my meds and being able to get back to daily living. Hours it would take. CMS is expanding and taking in more people. Honestly , being able to be in and out as well as being able to see my counselor if I’m needing to and still be able to get out of there within a very fast time if needed to. I’m looking forward to seeing CMS expanded and others being able to receive help.
