The crisis case manager is burning out the clock until my 30 days with her expires. When told on two separate occasions that I'm going to the hospital, she once didn't contact me and once said she never got my text.… When asked for therapists who do DBT, she said she had nothing since she just pulls names off Psychology Today. Unreal. The dispatcher was incompetent as well, worked at a snail's pace and claimed he never received last year's referral. Even though I'd called to check.
