The therapist I had I don't personally think was a trauma therapist, I've been in therapy for years and I can tell when a therapist actually cares about their clients or they're just in it for the paycheck. Ms Rivas was… unprofessional butchering my name not once nor twice but four or five times and she should know people are very sensitive when it comes to that, I have tried being nice but decided to request that I didn't want her as my therapist but they were taking so long to get back to me. Not only that but it's like she was in a different zone, I don't think she was listening, I couldn't open up the other parts of my life because she's just not a fit for me but I don't think she should be a trauma therapist for people like me, I need someone who allows me to be raw, unfiltered and she wasn't it. It's so bad honestly AI does a better job than her, so it's unfortunate but it's the truth. I don't like it when people butcher my name, it's really not hard, if you can't pronounce a simple name then I can't trust you to listen to me.

I am submitting this formal complaint regarding the inadequate care and repeated scheduling issues I have experienced at your office. Since beginning therapy four months ago with Isabell, I have not had a single… consistent appointment or received coping mechanisms to support my treatment. Each attempt to schedule an appointment has been extremely difficult, requiring multiple calls and follow-ups, which should not be the case in a healthcare setting. I requested an in-person appointment, which was scheduled, canceled, and then rescheduled on a day when my therapist is not in the office. This makes no sense, as the original appointment was in-person, yet the reschedule was set on a day that does not allow for that type of session. It has also been explained to me that my therapist is not in-office on Thursdays — so I do not understand why appointments would continue to be scheduled for days she is unavailable. Furthermore, I was given my therapist’s extension but have never been able to reach her through it. This has left me without reliable access to my provider. The lack of organization, follow-through, and patient care I’ve experienced is unacceptable. At this point, it feels as though there is little to no passion for caring for your community, and the service provided has been dismissive at best. I strongly urge your office to do better, as patients deserve reliable access to mental health care. Get rid of the entire staff( therapist, receptionist) .

Should have gone with my gut and not went with this company for mental help. They just charge your debit card/account without your consent or knowledge, so now the only $300 I had to my name, they just took from me and… now my account is at $0.00 the day before Thanksgiving. This is horrible service and severely made my depression and anxiety worse.

I been calling for three months for a appointment they take my personal information and still waiting 😡😡😡😡

Erika Markcano is very honest, professional, and nice person. She help my son Joel get amazing stuff from the program. This is an amazing program.

The people at care plus are the true shining stars. They go to the moon and back to accommodate you and always make you feel comfortable. They have an outdoor playground, the cutest indoor playrooms, a kitchen, clean… bathrooms and always an amazing staff. Cheers to phenomenal work and workers!

Very comfortable and they know how to work with kids. Great service. I would definitely recommend this place.
