The staff that work here have no clue what's going on will not return phone calls they do not schedule appointments it's sad I have to call a Fayetteville location when I live 20 minutes from Raleigh to talk to a staff… member there to get stuff rolling it's really sad that people going through mental issues have to go through this if you aren't compassionate about your job then take a seat I would leave a zero star

Front desk receptionist is very rude. She didn’t greet me when I came in and she had no patience at all, definitely the wrong person to have sitting at the front desk. The way people are greeted is very important and… sets the tone of a place. Get someone more professional.

They haven’t had a therapist available for years. When they do assign you one, they end up leaving after a few months. They gave me a community service team but the only task I’m terrible at, finding legitimate… listings, is all I needed help with as far as job-searching. I’m good at interviewing, I can pay someone to write a resume that will actually stand out…all I really needed was some listings that weren’t fake or scams, and they said “we’re not here to do the job-hunting FOR you.” Seriously? Would it be that hard to keep a page on your website of verified job listings and let me do ALL of the work from there? Every time I’ve called them to ask for any kind of help, they didn’t. Their CST service is the most performative shell of NOTHING I’ve ever dealt with.

In agreement with the previous reviews, no reply back to me is necessary and fully rejected. After reading the other reviews, I'm glad they chose to not accept me as a client. Horrible. Did an intake and waited for… almost two months, just to follow back up with them and be told they're no longer taking people! The person whom I did the intake with virtually couldn't show up virtually on time. Their excuse was they were in traffic, as if they couldn't leave earlier knowing they had an appointment. Then she acted as if something was wrong with me for being a little anxious because she was unprofessional. She didn't sign into the appointment until about 15 mins later. This is the person "over" the team I was trying to get signed up with. Oh, I signed paperwork with them to release my records to them, etc ... Then I was already signed up for therapy with someone else and they told me I'd have to cancel with the other therapy to go through them, which is true, but having to go 2 months without therapy after already being horribly abused by three other therapists... Not good!

This company needs to put under investigation. When a person tells you they no longer need your services, that is what it should be. Harassment is not the option for clients who have mental issues as stated. Management… does not call family members back to resolve issues. This company is not truthful telling clients to sign paperwork saying they he are worse that what they really are. Send unprofessional people out to clients homes harassing them to be seen every week, when it is not needed. The employees are getting paid and not helping. Don’t leave your family in this company care, read everything you sign thoroughly. Another problem is they have a high turnover with the mental health doctors and also the therapist. I do not need the company to respond to my review with any of your lies. What I need for you to do is respect your clients wishes and stop making money off the system just so you can get paid, even your therapist need mental help. If someone from this company shows up at my family house again, I will see to it that they will file a lawsuit against this company. NO MEANS, NO MORE SERVICE NEEDED. They will also be filing a police report if someone comes to the home again. The fact that y’all don’t care, we will show you that we don’t care about your business as well. Management needs to be fired and there needs to be staff there that really cares about the clients mental health and well-being. Everything is not about money! No need to reply to me respectfully!

UPDATE! My response to their reply below: No, your site manager never returned my call and several staff claimed they did not know who Kevin Williams is. I received a call from a woman who must have been new and working… off a barren list because when I began to explain my experience, she cut me off suddenly, said she needed to talk to her supervisor and would call me back. She never called back. The person who did my assessment Lawrence McBride, said he would no longer speak to me because I mentioned legal action. After I requested them twice, I received my official records and was horrified at the dishonest report that was submitted by Kevin Williams regarding my discharge. He completely invented it and no one in that office told me anything about his report and if I didn't know my rights under HIPPA I wouldn't have ever seen it and still be wondering if Williams ever really even worked there! It's funny because his threat to me was worded like this- "I spoke to my supervisor and she said if you miss appointments...." and I could never pinpoint who SHE is...the SITE MANAGER is still a mystery in spite of many attempts to call and the in person visit. Conclusion: I have been harmed by their negligence and was only preditorily pursued by them to come back because they learned I had been awarded full Medicaid benefits. I believe they had an initiative to pull in as many people as they could identify that had benefitted from the Medicaid Expansion of 2023. ORIGINAL POST: First of all, I had a therapist and a physicians assistant that prescribed medication through Carolina Oureach for over 5 years. The therapist became like a second mom to me, became my biggest cheerleader. My life derailed after my boyfriend passed and i went back to an abusive relationship. I missed appointments and CO discharged me, but not until I showed up for an appointment did they tell me. Two years pass, and then CO begins calling ME. They assigned a case worker. I was given a 30 day supply of my meds after being off 2 years. I had an issue with a case worker. He was rushing me. He was playing tough love. I had not missed any appointments...i had not made any! I spoke to the office manager who made an appointment for me. It was a month out. I was out of meds but i waited. This was Thurs, Oct. 10. When i arrived i was told my appointment was cancelled and i am discharged. They said my case worker put the note in their system that i was declining services. I had said that once, then i had the conversations with Ben, the office manager and because he made my next appointment it makes no sense that it was cancelled and i was booted out. Again. They did not make any effort to talk to me about it. No one in the office will take responsibility. The one or two people that had the courage to speak to me, passed the buck. They dont know anything about my case and they dont know my therapist, or anyone else i worked with. Probably going to consult an attorney because of the lengths went to to make it back into their system, at THEIR behest, only to be treated like garbage with heavy sighs, sarcasm, and passing bucks. If I didn't have a mental health issue before, I certainly do now. Why do people work there that have no work ethic, no sense of compassion, or integrity? I have requested that they put in writing what exactly happened with my case so I can decide if I want to take further action. Or maybe I will just go to Advance.

Horrible experience with Enfinity Dobson and Mya Moore. Ms. Dobson emails to me seem to express that she's the queen of therapy with 7 years in the field.... Very arrogant and yet she does not appear to be able to… connect with her clients; Mya Moore could not keep her facts straight. I would not suggest either one... You want someone who knows what they're doing and not stuck on themselves...

They trick you into signing contracts that contain false statements because they don't expect anyone to read their service agreements. In contract law this is called fraudulent misrepresentation and it's illegal. Read… and understand what they want you to sign, and don't sign it if you don't understand it or if it contains false statements.

My significant other of 10 years has been with Carolina Outreach since it was Turning Point Family care. He struggles with schizophrenia and bipolar mania. They are always losing therapist causing him to have to meet… with a new therapist every year so. He never gets to have a true long term relationship with a therapist. Each time he is assigned a new therapist, he has to start all over again. The therapist leave and it takes about 3 months to assign him to a new one. This place should be investigated. Why such a revolving door of workers?

I just wanted to leave a review for therapist Chris Hammond at this location. Hands down one of the best therapists I've ever had, he's great at his job, you can tell he's one of the ones that went into this field bc he… genuinely has a heart for people. Carolina Outreach really got lucky getting him on their team, I'm super thankful for his insight & how he helps me address things with a new perspective. Highly intelligent, articulate, and empathetic. I really can't recommend him enough. I wish more mental health professionals were like Chris. Thank you Carolina outreach, Chris, and Matt with DBT group for all the help. This place has a phenomenal DBT team.

The therapist I worked with was very compasionate and non-judgemental of my ocd diagnosis. She helped motivate me to go back to school and helped me get into programs that I really needed and that I never knew about.… For that I thank her very much.

I went here for years and was on the same medication and so stable they didn’t require me to do therapy any more. They canceled an appointment with me and then when my meds ran out claimed it would be dangerous to… prescribe more until they could fit me back in so I had to go through extremely difficulty withdrawal (Physically and mentally) from my meds that I’ve been taking for many years and had to find somewhere else to get treatment going forward because that was bordering on malpractice according to many friends I have in the field.

Worse place to go for mental health. Ppl quit every week so you're constantly starting over and once they get paid you don't mean a thing to them. They need to be shut down

I was at the falstaff location for 2 years for medication management and therapy. The therapists are hit and miss... both of the good ones I had left within a couple months. The prescribers are great; very professional… and understanding. The front desk people, however, are a problem. Unprofessional, condescending and have zero issues berating you in front of other patients. Double check your appointment times and paperwork if you go here, because they don’t have a clue what’s going on and have no qualms blaming you for their mistakes.
