I want to leave a glowing review for Tina at the Raleigh office. She has consistently gone above and beyond to help me across multiple situations. Recently, while I was dealing with phone and line issues between… different locations, Tina remained a steadfast, reliable contact. She personally made sure my messages were routed directly to the right people at the Smithfield office. Whenever I call in, she is consistently kind, attentive, and dependable. Out of all my interactions, Tina stands out as an exceptional professional who always makes sure I am taken care of. Solas Health is lucky to have her, and I am so grateful for her dedicated help!

The doctor was very mean. I will never recommend her to anyone

I’ve been with Solas health for many years and have had several providers, all very competent and nice. I see Jessica Bustos, NP now and I have to say that she is absolutely my favorite of all providers. Jessica listens… to your concerns and has genuine empathy for your situation. I am so pleased with the way I’m treated when I’m (and let’s face it-the reason we are here may be different but we have all been judged before). I have also found the staff to be pleasant and always helpful. 5 *s all day, every day.

The entire staff treated us with gʻthe utmost professionalism. The PA was excellent in how she treated us and took time to ensure that we agreed with our treatment and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction.

Very good staff. Feels like family. Mrs. Tina 🩺 treats me like an adopted mom. We laugh and joke but yet we get the business end of things done. Also Mrs. Jessica has always given me the best advice when it comes to… what I should do and what 💊 medications would be work the best for my condition. I would not dream of going anywhere else. This is a second family.

This is a great medical office. All of the staff is inviting and helpful. They treat you like family. I have been with this company for 7+ years and I not even thought of going anywhere else. Yes some of the staff has… changed. But the ones that have been there forever like Mrs.Jessica and Mrs. Tina they bring life into the office. They are serious yet fun at the same time. My home away from home smile 😊🤗.

My appointment was very good the office staff was polite and helpful ,also Dr Bustos cares about her patients well being and she is allways in a good cheerful mood thank you

I have enjoyed going to Solas Health for my pain management. They are professional, expedient, and quite knowledgeable in pain management. I have been in chronic pain since the mid 90's. This clinic is one of the best… that I have seen, and believe me, I have been to many different locations due to moving to 3 different states. I just wanted to add that Jessica is awesome! She isn't afraid to help me by trying new and different ways to help me get rid of my daily pain!

I have been at Solas Healyh for about 5 years now. They truly understand the type of pain i have, and have helped me through managing several surgeries and all that comes with that. The staff is friendly and helpful. I… am able to get the procedures I need (trigger point injections, epidural steroid injections) in a safe and efficient way. Jessica Bustos in particular is my hero and I thank God for her help and guidance.

Im so greatful for Solas Health! They make managing my health/medication a breeze , as a mother of 3 I truly value and appreciate that. Also Jessica is amazing, so friendly, smart and really listens as well as very good… at what she does! The office team is wonderful as well! I've used many telehealth programs and wasn't happy at all with any of them I started to give up... and then came Solas health- ready to change my mind & show me telehealth can be more personal and valuable. and ive now been with them for over 3 years! The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout my visit. From the front desk personnel to the nursing team and ultimately the provider, each individual conducted themselves with remarkable competence and… courtesy. Their attentiveness was notable, and they addressed all of my concerns proactively — often providing answers before I had the opportunity to raise the questions myself.
