What a wonderful group of people to work with! This team went well beyond, "over and beyond", to resolve my issues. My situation was more complicated than most due to the fact I am a SC resident/driver. Kathy Allen had… the experience, network, and team backing her up, and was able to resolve something over 10 years old that resurfaced and caused my license to be suspended. On top of that she and everyone I encountered truly cared and followed up promptly. The office staff on the phones and the counselors included. I never felt like a burden. Not to sound overly dramatic, but the world needs more people like this, especially in the field they are in. They are awesome people helping others like us get through some rough times. If you need to facilitate the services that they can provide, I promise you won't find a better option. Period. Thanks again Kathy and team!

I had a really great experience with Carolina Services. Kathy is such a delight. She and all the staff were extremely personable, helpful, and responsive. Prices are reasonable, and there are multiple options for both… in-person and virtual sessions. I do not live in N.C., so I did everything virtually and experienced no issues navigating their webpage or accessing zoom meetings, and I did so by phone and other times via my PC. I highly recommend them. Edited to add: I chose this provider after having done an assessment with another (who charged me more than CS would have). The last company was going to have me jump through a lot of extra hoops and pay for additional services that I do not need, nor were even recommended on my assessment. Do yourself a favor, and start with Carolina Services before calling anyone else.

Words can't do it justice, the team work of Jessica and the unbelievable skills and passion from Kathy are beyond approach, in my trying times I was treated with respect & kindness and wish I could give 100 stars.

Kathy and Jessica has been an enormous help in resolving a legal issue I've been battling with for years. My situation was complicated with me not living in NC anymore. Kathy was well versed in the process and even… contacted my current state to ensure we were going in the right direction. There was no attempt to hustle me into services I didn't need. There was constant communication with Jessica, my forms were submitted after confirming we were all good. An absolute positive experience and I felt that they were on my side. Outstanding people!

Have repeatedly emailed about not being able to join Zoom meetings. There is no communication, waste of time and money.

Communication is absolutely horrendous, pretty much gifted these people $500. Will be looking elsewhere for my “Treatment”

I took drivers ed here and everything was great except the instructor. I had Mr. C for an instructor. The main thing I didn’t like about him was he would say things different than what the book says and when it came up… on the test I got some wrong because I got confused on which to choose on the test.

Great place and great people

At first I was joining there dwi classes to get my driver's license back but now that I've been part of this incredible company I've learned a lot about the effects of alcoholism and drugs and what they can do to you… and it keeps me fascinated and educated to the point where I'd could possibly consider bring a counselor myself. I would give it 10 stars if I were able. Dorothy and Kathy are the best Kathy can relate and explains things well as much as Dorothy who is awesome as well. I love this facility. Keep up your education you're feeding people because it's changed my whole life perspective. For the better that is!!!

We would not recommend Carolina Services to anyone. My husband had to use them for their services and we have had to do all the work for them. We had to call multiple times to get an email with the zoom link for… classes, call to clarify some rules and regulations to which we were misinformed multiple times, call them multiple times to get an approval email for his classes, have them call us very rudely to tell us we have a balance on the account after we paid in full but they did the math wrong and when they got an attitude with my husband he had to do the math for them and when they were proved wrong they then hung up the phone, and have had to call multiple times to get his certificate of completion. We’ve never had to deal with such an unorganized incompetent group of people. This company is ridiculous. If we could give zero stars we definitely would.

My lawyer recommended taking this company for driving defense of class just setting it up was a little bit difficult I did it via zoom meeting which was weird the instructor was late for the meeting and slow with his… response I wasn’t explained too much about what to do and I sent my paperwork in waited a week for my results just to ask what are the status of them then they told me they never received it because the email they had on file to receive it the low longer have access to then they said they tried to contact me which no one did I don’t know if you guys would consider taking a class where are you have to do a paper test pick one where you could just have an automated system and I have an automated test it’s not worth it it was quite hectic

My wife is an alcoholic. She got a dui. She needed to go to DWI serv. They made sure to tell her not to drink and drive. But you told my alcoholic wife that it is ok to drink. You don't k ow her, you don't know what… happens when people black out. You dont know how your careless words tear families apart. Learn about alcoholism, never give a suggestion for an alcoholic to drink unless you are willing to be at my house and pick her body up and put her to bed. An alcoholic looks for every justification to drink. Wake up you callous people. Unforgiveable!

Excellent!!!! Carolina Services offers Driver's Ed. Kathy Allen is a gem. Kathy helped my teenager learn to drive, and taught me how to respond as the nervous parent. Great experience!

Horrible place I did an assessment the gave me 0 hours now I gotta take another assessment and do a minimum of 16 hours and pay another 500 bucks stay away from this place

They are a great help when you need some things straightened out with your drivers license. They really care about you as a person, you are not just a number.

Awesome group of professionals. Truly care.
