Sad to see this place slide down so far, no call backs from medical...front desk just transfers. Ugh
Receptionist answering the phone was curt and not pleasant.
They are all awesome people that actually care
Appointments will be canceled with no phone call!!
The older lady at the desk should find a new job, Clearly you’re there to judge people rather than help people. It was my first time there, I walked up to the desk and she looked at me like I was stupid. Asked who I was… here to see, I said I didn’t know because I’m the only one who had reached out over the phone to set up an appointment, no confirmation text or emails or call. She then said “well do you know your name” like yes i know my name, let’s not ask stupid question and make people feel stupid. She could have said “what is your name” and then they tell me I need other stuff that no one mentioned over the phone when I set up my appointment. All i was told was that I need insurance. This place is a joke. Making people feel stupid and like they’re a nuisance for being there. Maybe for new clients you should send an email or a text about what is needed from them instead of assuming they already know. Or at least a confirmation about the appointment so people aren’t left in the dark and don’t have any idea what kind of environment they’re walking into.
I really appreciate the staff for being great people, helped me see some light through a challenging time.
Very caring staff. Did everything possible to help me and I am forever grateful to them. ❤️
They do not make sure their patients have their medications. This is the 5th time my husband has to go the weekend without his medication. We called in his prescription 5 days ago and they still hadn't sent it. My… husband went down to the office and they said it would be at the pharmacy in one hour. They never sent it. So now he has to wait out the entire weekend, go through withdrawals, and then try to contact them all over again on Monday. They've also completely canceled his file in the past because they sent a letter to the wrong address. He had to go a whole month without his meds becuase there was "nothing they could do". Unbelievable.
They are ight
I fill my son did not get any help and the they never want to call you back
This place is an absolute Joke. Luke Green could care less about his patients. The front desk medical receptionist is rude, doesnt return phone calls and she thinks she can determine if you need to be seen or not. Even… though you have been seen and been a patient before. They have a different excuse why THEY can't see you after finally getting in contact. They are unethical and and a disservice you our community. Don't waste your time.
Worst mental health office ever. Not only can you never get a hold of anyone by phone. But if you manage to make an appointment they will likely cancel it with no notice making you show up to find out who you were… supposed to see went home early again for "personal reasons " and it happened way to many times to call it coincidence.
Has helped me change my life total 180. Wonderful staff members make you feell at home, allowing you to open up to them. They actually care about people like other counselors I have had in the past
Worlds worst and rudest receptionist I have ever talked to, I will not be calling or anything ever again!
