Cen Clear Child Services Inc – Bellefonte

For my family, we had an awful experience with Dr. Komarneni. Like many families, we all don’t like her because she doesn’t know how to interact with MH patients. She easily loses her temper, threatens them to take them… to hospital if they don’t take certain medications. She does not explain why they have to take strong medications , does not explain side effects. She is very unprofessional, etc . In addition, she passed on very sensitive information related about a family member to some mutual friends which was VERY unprofessional and in some cases can be considered malpractice because it was confidential information , and as such, she breached the Doctor-patient confidentiality agreement (even after patient stops seeing doctor , doctor has to maintain doctor-patient confidentiality). This was sensitive information. We knew she did that because there was no other way that family friends could have know this info . And I also think it’s not upfront/ not clear /shady how CenClear’s website makes no mention of which doctors work there - maybe because a lot of people have had bad experiences with Dr. Komarneni so if people see that she works there, they will not go. She also dropped as a patient another family’s son we know from the community.

I miss my counselor. She was so nice, but moved on. I like working with this organization

i love this place it helped me through a lot just don’t like where it’s at because it’s above a gym
