About Clarvida – Boise
Clarvida operates from 545 North Benjamin Lane in Boise. The site sits in Ada County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Boise City, Garden City and Kuna. Idaho draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.
Outpatient care is delivered here, alongside telehealth appointments. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves. Care offered spans more than one level, which means someone can move between them without changing provider.

Treatment Services at Clarvida
Outpatient care runs to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.
Ask what happens at the end of the program as well as the beginning, since that is where plans usually thin out. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Clarvida Address, Location and Contact Information
The address is 545 North Benjamin Lane, Boise, ID 83704, in Ada County. The catchment reaches Boise City, Garden City and Kuna. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity.
Telehealth appointments cover some contact where travel is difficult, which removes part of the journey for people further out. Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip. Waiting times vary with capacity, so call ahead rather than arriving unannounced.

Clarvida Reviews and Ratings
Reviews of Clarvida in Boise from patients, loved ones and referring professionals are collected in this section, together with reviews gathered from around the web.
Heidi at the front desk is amazing. She's kind and helpful when you call and makes the entire process of getting started and scheduled really nice. The counselor I had recently left the practice and I was paired with… Amy. AMY IS AMAZING. I was running behind last week for our first session together and I felt more heard, understood and really seen in that 30 minutes than I have with ang previous counseling experiences. She didn't just listen to me talk, she engaged and asked questions. I felt like she wanted to help me as much as I wanted the help. Can't say enough good things.
My son, who is severely mentally ill, was referred to Claravida by State Hospital South after a three-month inpatient stay. He was scheduled for an initial appointment with case manager Sharon. Claravida had already… received his medical records, which clearly outlined his diagnosis and the fact that he requires a specific antipsychotic that he metabolizes quickly and therefore must receive as a monthly injection. This was also communicated again over the phone when the appointment was scheduled. Despite having his records and knowing he urgently needed this medication, Claravida informed us they would not administer the injection at his initial visit and was told to go elsewhere for the medication for the month. On the morning of the initial visit, my son—due to the nature of his illness—went missing briefly, which would have made him about ten minutes late. I called to notify Claravida, but Sharon refused to speak with me and refused to see my son. They also claimed his intake paperwork was incomplete, even though everything had been filled out and signed except for one box that could not be checked until he had spoken with Claravida about their policies and procedures. Because of that single unchecked box, their system would not finalize the forms. When I asked for a supervisor to call me back, I received a call from someone else—not with help or solutions—but with a referral to move to a different medication management company entirely. This experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing. My son desperately needed continuity of care, and instead we were met with rigidity, lack of compassion, and a refusal to timely provide the very services he was referred to receive. I cannot in good conscience recommend Claravida to anyone seeking reliable mental health medication management.
They have the beat services and I would highly recommend them.
Pay attention to the pattern of the previous 1 star reviews from customers (not paid employees), med mgmt. In fact if you try to speak up they actually encourage you to leave!!!!! Not the for mental health INDUSTRY, or… any other industry keeps customers. Notice the lack of the word "patient ". This place is a prime example of a "for profit industry ', not health care.
Helped me out tremendously when I was going through a mental health crisis.
I am pleased and proud to be part of the Pathways Family, always!
I was with Pathways for 9.5 years and had an excellent experience with providers, therapists, management and personnel at all levels. Very professional and ethical. Many have been there for years because they love what… they do and it shows!!
This company has the best team, amazing providers and great client care.
Great service and care. This team truly cares about their clients.
I liked the clinic at first but this is probably because I really only needed a diagnosis to help get accommodations for college due to what was diagnosed as PTSD amd havent really needed them since. That process went… smooth enough but I have been having increasingly severe insomnia that has not gone away or gotten better for the past 3 months. During this time I have made many phone calls and left several messages to get set up with some sort of medication management to help me sleep. it's now been three days without any sleep. I am in need of help with my mental health and my mental health care provider has made no attempt to reach out and call me back after repeated attempts of trying to get relief for my symptoms. I am now likely going to have to go to another clinic and do what I did all over again just to get some help. It's ridiculous, I feel like mental health care providers should be more attentive because it's harder help to get! I guess I will be looking for another provider so that I can get some actual help!
My husband was trying to get set up with a CBRS person and they have him the run around. He called 5 days in a row after he had his assessment to get a status of his car, and each time they acted like they had no idea… what was going on, and promised to call him back by the end of the day. They never called him back. We have a friend who used to work there and can confirm it's run very poorly. Avoid this place of you can.
Without a doubt the worst clinc I've seen. Also, don't believe the good reviews. They're pretty open that they bribe people into giving them a good review.
These people are impossible to get ahold of and do not respond to fax requests for medical records.
In all honesty I have NEVER felt as supported from every face I see here at the office. I'm presently disabled with illness. I'm a single mom of 2 amazing boys. We are so blessed to have come across this fantastic group… of people that really do seen to care about everyone. Kelsey is taking care of me thankfully. Kellie an Nick are a team that have helped myself, my youngest, and my oldest as well. I really can't say enough about how great they all are. The staff is kind add thoughtful. I had a seizure from standing at the counter to smacking my head on the floor. Instead of panicking, which many people do, they were completely professional and so caring. I just adore this place and all those I have meet there.
Good customer service as well as awesome therapists and PS/CBRS workers
We have been coming here for nearly 2 months and are happy with the services thus far. Very nice and helpful staff. Knowledgeable councilors with great resource for your family.
I have recieved services from this wonderful company for a long time. My children have always loved the counselors and PSR/ CBRS providers. I would recommend this company 200 times over
I love the staff they have been wonderful
I have two great community services providers, Mina and Jen. They have helped me beyond what I expected. Mina is great at getting me out into the community and helping me not be so isolated. Jen, helps me with any… appointments, talking with business providers, filling out paperwork etc.
Pathways offers an Amazing nurturing staff who collaborate to ensure everyone feels welcome and important. Shout out to Jodi who Rocks!😀
You get a lot of services for mental health.
Would give negative stars if allowed. Had the worst time with this company. I was never seen on time, on time that tried to ask what was going on was told they would have to call and reschedule my appointment so I… wasted an hour of my time waiting in their lobby, not to mention the gas that it cost me to get there. They are a completely unprofessional and should not be allowed to provide services to anyone for any reason.
Pioneer is one of the best resources that I have found, I tried to leave but once in the last 6 years but they did not give the resources that Pioneer has. Katie W. was the best PSR I have ever had, Julie C was amazing… also. I have been happy with all of the staff that I have and still work with. With my PTSD and Bipolar this is not easy but they make it so that I survive.
Amazing people who care about you and your mental health.
Where to start... I loved my therapist that I had for over a year, before she went on to another opportunity. My first grievance is that my med manager, an NP-C ordered an unnecessary $5k genetic test and advised me my… insurance would pay for it. Far from it. Not only did she not implement any of the findings to my care regiment, but I spend about $400 for the test. Second, they moved offices from a 5 minute drive or less each direction to more than 20 minutes each direction. Obviously this kind of thing happens, but it ties to my next complaint. After having been with the company as a client for a year (bearing in mind I have a $20 copay and insurance pays the rest) on two occasions they refused service based on my ability to pay at the time. On two previous occasions they accepted payment after the fact. I suppose the policy change would have been fine, but for two reasons: one, I received NO update either verbally or via mail, and at the time I was refused I had already invested 20 minutes drive time. Since round trip that amounts to just over 40 and my sessions are 45, it was particularly galling. Also the only reason I had even kept up is that although at the window they insisted I had no copay for months, I paid $20. Turns out they had a system issue. Final issues. I canceled my regular appointment and received a statement. According to the office I was in arrears 3 payments (my math said 2, but whatevs) and the statement asked for $65. Mind you my copay is $20, so it could not be a multiple of 5. Not caring and wanting to pay and be done, I called. After negotiating a labyrinthine IVR, I got nothing but a voicemail box. Called again, nothing. Called a third time and asked for a receptionist, who transferred me BACK to the vm box of an employee out of the office. Called back again a week later, same thing. A week after that I insisted with a receptionist, and lo! I reached someon who could take my payment. He mentioned some med requests, which brings me to: I ran out of antidepressants. Before I did, I took my script to a pharmacist and asked for a fax refill. They faxed. And again 2 days later. And then called, to no response. This covered 10 days - whilst my antidepressant has a half life of 26 hours. So I had warned myself off already, and this guy was like , "do you want an appointment for refill?" And I was like "two weeks ago would have been great, now I don't need it!" All in all, top 3 worst experiences I've had in medical health. Also they wouldn't even offer a referral.
I missed my first appointment with med management because I was in the E.R. A few days later when I got out of the hospital, I called med management at Pioneer Health Resources and profusely apologized for missing my… appointment. Jessica, (the scheduler) lectured me for wasting everybody's time. She made a point to repeat herself several times, to reject me and tell me that they would not reschedule me. ..Even though I had been in the hospital and I specifically apologized for causing a problem.
The staff has been very communicative and flexible. Lianna has been a lifesaver and I could never thank Pioneer enough for their help.
