Clermont VA Clinic – Clermont Detox and Rehab Services
What Clermont VA Clinic – Clermont offers, on record, is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.
The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

Clermont VA Clinic – Clermont Address, Location and Contact Information
Records give the address as 3200 Citrus Tower Boulevard, Clermont, Florida, 34712. The city lies within Lake County. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

Clermont VA Clinic – Clermont Reviews and Ratings
What patients and their families say about Clermont VA Clinic sits alongside the licensing and accreditation detail on this page. Reading the two together gives a fuller picture of this Clermont program than either gives alone.
Addendum: O4 August 26 Ruth drew my blood— she was kind, empathetic, proficient, and caring! Vicki - also top notch phlebotomist!! First time visit to the VA system from a civilian practice. I was pleasantly surprised… and pleased with my 1st encounter! Bravo Zulu to Dr. Sulman Akhtar and Tamara (RN). Both were kind, patient, compassionate, informative and thorough. They didn’t seem rushed and looked like they enjoyed working there. Nice work. Lab: Jasmine and Ruth were also pleasant and took good care of me. Mr. McCartney, Manager—he was quite accommodating and courteous as I also let him know of my positive experience. Sue—VFW Rep: Thanks for welcoming us in the clinic and providing free snacks. SO nice! Thanks all! ddr Navy Retired
I got out of my way to keep coming here..solid. overworked but hard to tell.
Friendly, helpful, professional
You go to the veterans' office and ask the person on duty if anyone there speaks Spanish, and they say no one. Then you look for someone, and that person asks, and they say, with a very negative attitude, "I don't know"… or "I don't care." 🤷 It's always the same, and they don't answer calls where you can speak. These are veterans' rights, don't you understand? 🤷
Super professional staff. Pretty simple, if you are polite and courteous, they return it. How novel.
Lab work with no wait time and excellent front desk and technician customer service. Very pleased.
The medical staff at the Clermont CBOC is amongst the best in all of VA, coast to coast, and have my sincere thanks. Unfortunately, the front desk staff rarely answers the phone, is not motivated to complete patient… needs, and sadly seems to be on a trend growing worse. Of the six or seven times I've been directed by my primary care physician to call in over the past year, the front desk has answered only once, and that was after having staff in Lake Nona relay the call. Lots of room for improvement, medical staff amazing and overworked from what I can tell, clerical staff lacking at best.
Very disappointed in this location. First off, the phone number that is listed on the website, etc does not work and then personal are not very helpful. Veterans are really forgotten about and it's a shame.
Do not use this clinic! If you are assigned to Dr Romero you may want to change your primary. You are better off going to Lake Nona!
I'm glad to have a good primary facilty close to home, I have no problems getting a hold of my primary team, dietician, pharmacist at this location. Always quick to return phone call or secure message.
Has not returned last two phone messages over the last three weeks or secure messaging.
Good staff
Regardless of the other reviews seen here, I had an excellent time at this clinic, and I've been to a variety of VA clinics in California and New York. The front desk staff on the morning of Monday April 28th 2025 were… incredibly helpful and attentive. I had to complete enrollment to get seen that day for a random medical issue that presented itself while I was visiting my grandparents. The enrollment officer was so friendly and supportive as well, and we completed the forms incredibly fast. Wait times after to see a medical professional were not long either. Thank you to the staff and I will be back if needed!
The VA in general is garbage !
They do not answer phone calls at all you get rerouted everywhere but they do not answer phone calls in Clermont VA. Someone should notify Congress. Because this is not for the best interest of the veterans. If they… were an option to leave zero star, I would.
This facilities staff is always been professional.
Lab is suppose to open at 0730, however it never opens on time always about 15 minutes late. Unacceptable work practice, and unfair to your customers who arrived on time, but now has to wait to be seen.
I have been going to the clinic for almost 3 years. I feel confident in being cared for.
If you wanna buy a car, go see Doctor Romero, he will talk over you. He will not help you. He thinks he's right and he won't help with anything and will transfer you straight to the hospital, and he is reading a script.… On the other hand the nurse was amazing. The front desk is staff or a cool. That's all the reason I'm giving 2 stars. And The person that drawing blood their hand is stiff. So if you plan not to use your hand I'll drop him when you're going there
