The entire staff is kind and caring. The counselors are wonderful. It’s easy to make appointments too.
We had used them in the past and they were amazing the new staff is not professional, have lack of knowledge, and this place has turned into something that is not good for our community. This place was a huge benefit… before. So many excuses about technology not working and being unable to do their job.

I believe you should not offer services to Medicaid patients only. You have some great providers that are limited to only that. What does one do when one child has DSHS and the other does not. I am disgusted with your… response when the secretary picks up the phone and a parent is looking for help for there CHILD and you can't offer any other suggestion but no we can't see the child here is beyond disturbing when one is trying to get help. As a mother is who hurting and trying to help my child you did nothing but discourage me!
