Well, I was a client here. My Doctor left and they canceled my prescriptions then try to set me up with another appointment so I can pay cash for it so you guys wanted me to pay double for one visit. Serious lack of… professionalism, your guys’s job is to deal with people with mental health issues. Not cancel something that I already paid for and then try to double charge me. You guys should be ashamed of the way you do business. As far as I’m concerned, you guys owe me money since you guys had canceled half my prescription so half my visit I want half my money back I pay cash not insurance. I want my money back thieves go double dip some other idiot. I want my money back. Edit seriously. I don’t come on here to lie I had 3 months of prescriptions left. Went in to refill they told me they were not valid. Called and was told to get a new appointment. So like I said you tried to double dip me. Please explain yourself if I had 3 months of prescriptions why did you want me to come in when it was clear it was already prescribed? Unprofessional. Scam. Taking advantage of mental heath. You should be proud.
