So convenient to have your family PCP, pediatrician, therapist & dentist in the same building. Currently you still have to drive to Burgettstown to see the dentist, we have a appointment at this location in June 2026.
Don’t go here. They bill you for things and LIE about it. They need reported. Unethical and unprofessional!!!
My kids have been going there since they were infants. Whenever I have called they have always got them in quickly. Dr. Chen is a good Dr and always takes his time, I never feel rushed. He listens to my concerns. We… even go to the dental office in Washington and love it there. The staff is so friendly and very professional. Highly recommend both places
Me and my son first visit there was amazing honestly Sarah Finnely who was my doctor she listened to what I was feeling and she literally met my concerns with care and patience a lot of doctors don't run certain test… something like vitamin deficiency and she did and they were on top of everything my son's pediatrician I'm sorry if I forget her name very good with my son even the staff was trying to help with him because he was busy but I thought it was gonna be a bad experience but it was the total opposite for me and I thank them!!!

Absolutely terrible. They said they called my 8 year old daughter her medication in to CVS they lied to me numerous times on the phone. CVS called them out on it. I have used cornerstone care for years but ever since they moved into the new building it seems like they don’t care about their patients AT ALL. They don’t call with reminders anymore. I have missed my Depo shot… several times. They don’t call period. And now they won’t refill my medicine I’ve been on for 10 years because a doctor is on vacation. You could not pay me to go to this doctor office anymore. I finally give up. I only stayed for my women’s health doctor Emily and now that she’s gone I will never go back.
While I have used them for years, lately it seems my concerns are ignored. I’m also currently breastfeeding my son who sees them, and have a fever. The lady on call refused to tell me what I could safely take to get the… fever down while breastfeeding him. Needless to say, I will definitely be switching.
I started counseling threw here few months ago I had been seeing one therapist but needed a change fast forward I get new one shes great she listens has suggestions makes me think I had missed I think 2 appointments and… instead of saying hey it's a big deal she just discharged me the day after I had a zoom with her never said hey let's fix this just threw me away like I ment nothing so my suggestion is donr mess up they will disgaurd you
I was ten minutes late to my appointment , the original doctor was unable to see me. But the doctor Emily quickly took initiative to see me for the visit. She was insanely polite and answered all of my questions. She… made it so I could relate to her. I’ve seen Emily before, and she remembered things I told her months ago. I believe Emily truly cares for her patients. Thank you Emily for switching sides(from the kids side to the adult side just make sure I got my labs done) !!! You rock

The sign says on Monday’s they close at 6, I arrived at 5:00 and their doors were locked. No signs on the door and no receptionists in sight. When I called the office recording said it was closed. Very disappointed.
