Cornerstone Care – Waynesburg Detox and Rehab Services

Cornerstone Care – Waynesburg carries a listing for intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The dentist Caleb Goist is so ignorant and unprofessional! He numbed my gums and started drilling into my teeth and then stopped mid procedure all bc I BARLEY barely touched his arm bc he was hurting… me with the drill. Started getting so aggressive with me saying I kept interrupting him when he talked when all I was doing was trying to apologize and said I didn't know, I won't touch you again literally bawling my eyes out. I was being so nice and apologetic to this unprofessional man child and he didn't care and left me with a hole in my tooth. I wasn't being aggressive or rude at all and I apologized multiple times he didn't care. I was being so apologetic and nice while crying. And he was just straight up being so ignorant this whole time. Have heard from my other friends he's always rude and their teeth hurt after they've gotten work done longer then they're supposed to.

The actual dentist caleb goist had such an attitude and was so rude. Would never come back here again! Rest of the staff so far with the assistants have been nice.

I just started teleheath therapy on my phone about a month ago. So far the receptionist have been amazing (especially when I called to schedule, she was so compassionate and caring), my therapist Nicole is the best, and… Dr. Morton already saw me and diagnosed my ADHD. Not sure what all of the bad reviews are for.. I haven’t went in person.. but every experience I have had over the phone or on video have been nothing but positive. The therapist’s, receptionist, and doctors I have spoke to actually seemed like they cared and enjoyed doing their job. That means a lot nowadays. Especially at 34 years old and just now trying to sort of my mental health. So thank you for caring, thank you for making me feel comfortable, and thank you for doing your job exceptionally.

Dr. Dana Morton is exceptional. This was hands down the most professional, organized, and productive healthcare visit I’ve experienced in years. I walked in feeling discouraged after multiple experiences where I didn’t… feel heard or taken seriously. Dr. Morton changed that completely. She listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and actually addressed my concerns with a clear plan. I left feeling validated, supported, and hopeful which is something I haven’t felt in a long time in a medical setting. Dr. Stephen Neal is equally fantastic. Both physicians demonstrate true professionalism, compassion, and competence. Their care feels intentional and patient-focused, not rushed or dismissive. I’m incredibly grateful for doctors like them.

This place is the biggest joke of all, why does someone have to call numerous times to get psych meds and never ever get a return call. Why is the pharmacy calling numerous times to get no return calls. To call again… and ask for refills and still no return call, to ask for a appointment with a counselor and yet still nothing...I bet they care about their patients in some universe but not this one. It's sad there isn't a option for -5 stars.

I'm very thankful for Cornerstone Care for all of my healthcare. My providers are wonderful, caring people and I can make affordable payments that allows me to receive care that I can pay for in time. Not to sound very… dramatic, I would be dead with our these phenomenal people.

I'd like to say that I just called there and tried to get an appointment because my son would like to start going back there and he broke his tooth and was trying to get an appointment and they said the first time that… they can get him in is 4 weeks and it's just a consultation so yeah no thanks that's crazy

We utilize cornerstone psychiatry for my son. We have been this this office for a few years and the only reason we stay is because we absolutely love Dr. Morton. If it weren't for her we would have found a new office a… long time ago. We have had issues with ignorant and very unprofessional staff, med refill issues, if you have a issue and need an appt you there is never any sooner appointments available for you. There have been times I have called 10+ times and never got a return call. It came down to having to call cornerstone pediatrics to speak to the social worker and report a problem. I have spoke with the office manager at cornerstone psych but all she does is make excuses for her staff and their actions. There are certain medications that you cannot go without due to causing other medical issues and you should never be without meds period. There have been med issues with my son between the pharmacy and the office and he would go without medications because the office doesn't return calls or the staff just transfer you to the medline to leave a message and that's as far as it goes. Disappointed in the staff Love Dr. Morton

I was scared to see a therapist at first, but it really helped me! And the doctor started me on medications that have really made me feel better. I am so glad I got help

My 19 year old son reached out for mental health after being referred. It has been 2 months and they do not even return his calls. My son is not one to ask for help. If he’s reaching out, he needs it. Shame on you for… not reaching back out to him. This place is lowest lows. Would never recommend this disgusting practice.

Receptionist is rude & lazy. Because the receptionist wouldn't, the dental assistant would have to walk around to the computer to schedule me an after 4pm apt because that's as early as I could make it there during the… week. The receptionist made it obvious she was not wanting to stay that "late". When I came in for the apt, the receptionist said, "what are you here for?" in a rude tone. No hello, or anything. I told her just a regular cleaning that I have an apt reminder on paper of this time and date. She said we canceled that because that dental assistant no longer works here and that shes not scheduling anyone to be here later than 2:30pm. I said that I don't think I recieved that information, that my apt got canceled without any rescheduling either. The receptionist cut me off while I was speaking saying she knows I recieved the call because she made the call. But there was no communication regarding that cancelation. I have no voicemail, or missed call. If I would have been notified that they canceled my apt on me, I would have not wasted my time going there in the first place. I won't be back.

Never did I think I’d have to write a review but here we are. I have yet to come across a decent dentist in this area (ones that accept Medicaid, which is already DIFFICULT) I’ve been to this office twice. I completely… understand you’re working with patients who mostly offer Medicaid benefits, sure. But we are still HUMAN BEINGS. I had no issues with the receptionist. I’m someone who suffers with anxiety and anxiety of the dentist(as usually is everyone). If you are someone who is anxious about going to the dentist, DO NOT go here. I stated I had anxiety and was told to go elsewhere because they don’t offer sedation(which I understand, but I did not need to be sedated, I was just anxious :) ) I felt rushed out of the appointment after stating I had anxiety, barely looked at my teeth and missed one completely that I wanted looked at. Overall, I felt like I was discriminated against for being scared of the dentist? Being told that I need to be hospitalized was completely humiliating. Please be nicer to patients, trust me, we also don’t want to be there just as much as you. :)

receptionist was VERY rude and lazy. They were more worried about eating chips and listening to music than seeing patients that had appointments. Had appointments for my wife and 2 kids and they could only see the kids,… and was making it a big deal that they had to see them even tho it’s been scheduled for 6 months now. Made up excuses why they couldn’t see us today and was like we can reschedule it. I would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could. Staff is very rude also. I will be finding somewhere else after today.

The staff is lazy and unempathetic. Dr. Caleb Giost needs a knew profession, or needs to take Dentistry lessons from Dr. David Sazzrel in Carmichaels. That Man is a true and wonderful Dentist along with his staff.… Absolutely wonderful staff. Unfortunately Dr. David Sazzrel is no longer taking knew patients .

Caleb Goiat is very rude, and his work is not very good at all. I have cavities filled that have come apart, they don’t match the the color of the rest of my teeth. I will not be going back. I’ll drive an hour away if I… have to l, just to find someone different. And more kind.

I have been a patient here for over 12 years. They are wonderful. They have truly helped me to change my life. The doctor and the staff are great. It is very hard to find a good Psychiatrist and I have been so happy for… all of these years. I used to be so depressed and overwhelmed. I worried about everything. They have helped me to make changes, not only with meds, but also through changing the way I think to change the way I feel. I cannot thank them enough.

receptionist was VERY rude. i was 5 minutes late (which you're allowed to be 10 minutes late) she sat there talking about me to another patient for about 10 minutes. when i went to tell her i was there she asked me to… reschedule because i was 10 minutes late. i went to tell her i was there within 5 minutes and she cut me off saying "no you weren't". i will be taking my business elsewhere because that was highly inappropriate and ignorant.
