About GRC Advanced Recovery Network – Waynesburg

GRC Advanced Recovery Network occupies 350 Bonar Avenue in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. The services listed are residential treatment. Medication-assisted treatment is part of what is listed, which for opioid dependence means buprenorphine, methadone or naltrexone alongside counseling.

GRC Advanced Recovery Network – Waynesburg Detox and Rehab Services

Recorded services at GRC Advanced Recovery Network – Waynesburg are residential treatment. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.

Only one side is on record here, so ask directly if both are needed. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

GRC Advanced Recovery Network – Waynesburg Address, Location and Contact Information

The site is at 350 Bonar Avenue in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, 15370. The city lies within Greene County. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.

It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

This place is ridiculous. You spend time there for hours when you’re being rushed to the emergency room by ambulance and your fiancé goes to the emergency room and let you want to be let in. They tell you know you have… to wait. and they didn’t even treat my fiancé like they were supposed to all they wanted to do was admit her without test results coming back

What an incredible experience. I came in genuinely sick and in significant pain, after already dealing with the same symptoms for several days. I waited for hours, was given IV fluids and very limited symptom relief,… and ultimately got sent home still feeling essentially the same. The highlight was spending hours waiting for care, including waiting for my urine to be collected/tested, only to eventually be discharged without anything that actually addressed how awful I was feeling. Truly reassuring when you’re already exhausted, nauseous, in pain and scared. I understand that doctors can’t magically fix every illness, and I understand that tests can come back normal. But apparently “we didn’t find anything dangerous” translates here to “good luck figuring out the rest on your own. Communication? Minimal. Relief? Basically nonexistent. Feeling listened to? Not really. If the goal was to spend several hours sitting around while sick and leave with the exact same symptoms I arrived with, congratulations you nailed it. I didn’t expect a miracle. I expected someone to take my symptoms seriously, explain what was going on, and give me an actual plan for what to do next. Instead, I left feeling just as sick as when I walked in.

Maddie is the meanest nastiest nurse I have ever dealt with. She is such a cruel heartless person. You need a new line of work!

Wasn't pleasant. I was sicker than hell, having to lay waiting for tests to hear a nutcase screaming down the hall cops and security guards with her, while a sick child sat out in that hall listening to the foul… ignorant language coming out of her mouth. Then sit and hear laughing going on while this renting was home continued. I had ask for discharge papers at that point when the doctor came back with results of my CTScan. Not only did I find out what hit me on Tuesday, but other things going on, and being upsetting nrws, still, heard wacko renting yet again. Then as for all that laying to be admitted was given, all, good reasons to stay, I stayed. After being taken upstairs the conversation if the two nurse, was disturbing. But I said nothing. It took long periods of time to get IV's started and pain meds hung. Cell for nurse maybe in an hour or more some one came back. I wasn't one to,tell for every little thing, but again on Saturday a nurse took a very long period of time to respond when I told the side the headache was bad and could I have something for pain. I waited from 11:10 AM until she waltz in and said. I am here with you kpsin meds. I asked for a doctor and discharge papers again. Doctors came back and have all the good reasons to stay, I told them I didn't need treated like a dog and was told what a good nurse she was and again have them on more chance. If like the nurse said, it wasn't time for pain meds, she could have came back shortly after asking for it and told me. She chose not too. Enough,of a rant. Thanx for the diagnosis of diverticulitis, and other things found. I have never knocked your hospital, even when they charged an April 2015 visit to my husband's Medicare and if they would have looked never saw my name I like the idea of a hospital in Greene County, but I think there needs to be chsnges, NOT just a name.

The emergency room is terrible. I've been there 3 times and every time they sent me to Washington. Nurses and doctors are rude, especially Dr. Smith and nurse Eddie. I felt there was a general lack of competence as I… grew tired of answering the same questions for 4 hours. If in need I suggest going straight to Washington, that's probably where you will end up anyway.

May have been an off night but from what I seen while attempting to get treatment there . I’d advise to continue driving to another hospital . Under staffed under trained no motivation or organization .

Almost all the women in there need to lose there job , young blonde woman thought it was hilarious I was screaming in pain for hours , everyone who talked to me had a massive attitude with me for no reason . My appendix… ruptured because they left me there to long . The woman middle aged another blonde one who took my ct was a massive count again for no reason I wouldn’t come here ever again after this , don’t bring your loved ones don’t bring anyone here drive the extra 20-30 mins to another hospital and save your self . Your lucky I was in to much pain to get all of your names . Ridiculous excuse for a hospital

My mom had to go there due to Washington Hospital not being able to provide physical therapy. This was my go to hospital as a child. As her stay was extended due to blood pressure and UTI issues, she wasn’t able to take… full advantage of the Physical Therapy, but I still had a pleasant experience dealing with Danielle, moms nurse as well as Sue, her case worker there. I do recommend this hospital, although they can only accommodate 30 patients at a time, it has been a good experience. Thanks!

I have been in and out of the hospital many times and I have not had any bad experiences. The staff is always knowlegable and curtious. And hey, I'm still alive so that is a good sign.

My Dad was admitted on Saturday with extreme weakness, violent shaking, and burning heartburn. They admitted him and then did nothing! He had projectile vomiting with blood, and it took them over 10 minutes to get in… the room. They said he needed to be transferred to Washington. He sat there for almost 24 hours before sending, told him he was scheduled for an endoscopy, which wasn’t true, and gave him blood thinners which he shouldn’t have had. He is now sitting in Washington Hospital and he STILL hasn’t had any help or tests. He also hasn’t had any thing to eat or drink since last night. Don’t bother going there. Head straight for a hospital that cares and actually helps its patients.

Went In to Er and was attended to quickly. After reviewing my situation I was provided a room for the night and cared for by all the staff. Thanks so much. I’ve used them twice and both times and they receive the same… rating. God bless.

This place will leave you for hours so your body heals itself. Isn’t that nice, too ignore any reasonable treatment just to let the patient heal themself. Bet they still charge the insurance though

If I could give the place no stars I would. My uncle rushed me here for an allergic reaction. When the dr came in I told him I’m allergic to Benadryl and told him how I knew I was and the reaction I get. (I have a known… that I am for year and found out at another hospital while getting treatment for a migraine). he laughed and said that ‘there was no way I’m allergic to Benadryl’ and decided to have the nurse give it to me anyway. I had that reaction right away before the entire medicine was given to me. I told her I felt like I was going to pass out. I was given a cold wash cloth and ignored for an hour and a half. When the doctor finally came in I told him what happened and his response was ‘we’ll do you feel better now?’

I contracted bacterial meningitis & taken to the Waynesburg ER where the doctor on duty saved my life due to his quick thinking & action. I was transported to Washington for the next two weeks where my care was… exemplary in every way. I was then transported back to Waynesburg for a week to finish my antibiotics & receive physical therapy. From the first moment I was taken back to Greene I was cared for in such a way that was every bit as wonderful as time I'd spent in Shadyside Pittsburgh which is one of the finest in the world. The hospitalist Heather Beta was like an angel who made me feel like my care was of the utmost importance to her & everyone there. Every nurse was spectacular & made this very trying time much easier. I will never forget them & if anyone ever tells you Waynesburg or the Wash Health System is subpar they are jaded in some way ... these people are professionals & I was not only lucky to have been taken there, they saved my life & have inspired me to focus on my health 100% ... Thank you Heather, Vanessa, Sarah, Paula, Jill, Kristi, Marcy, Michelle, Susan & to any I missed ... Thank you and bless you, you have chosen a life of service & I applaud you. and to Vanessa & Kristi ... You're going to realize your dream! just do it, make it happen! ... Brandon Petrucci

Quickly in, good communication, CT scan is there for diagnostic. I was extremely nervous with getting an Iv and the lady there tonight was an absolute beast. While I was in pain they had a fairly busy night and had me… in and out in 3 1/2 hours.

Have been sitting in the ER for 2 1/2 hours waiting on results of a CT Scan. The reader is obviously taking a nap on duty. Shouldn't take 2 1/2 hours. Worst experience ever. Get a new radiologist!!
