Apparently they don't want patients, spent an hour being transferred, left on hold, and hung up on. Completely unprofessional office staff.

This place is so awesome!!!! They are truly here to help those of us in need. Melissa Herrington is the freaking bomb!!!!! It’s like sitting down with a friend A friend who truly understands and has your best interest… at heart. All the while giving making you feel like you are not alone and making you really think about how to get to the other side

The Counseling Clinic is a great place

Awesome place, this is where I spent over two years, completing parenting courses, drug treatment courses, and also volunteered to sit in on drug court every Monday for two hrs…all the while, fighting the Department of… Human Services for custody of my 2 children and walking to and from a full time job at McDonalds, and last but not at all the least by any means; while finding out I was pregnant and this time with an amazing set of beautiful twin boys!

Ashley was rude as hell, got hung up on 3 times before I even got her name. Been waiting an hour now to speak to anyone besides her snotty self. Not sure ill even try again not sure id recommend you try them either.… Again ASHLEY IS RUDE AS HELL. see you next Tuesday type rude

Nice to talk, but they didn’t schedule me with a dr. Visit costs $200. Made me an appointment with a dr for next week which will cost $200! Why waste my time and money?! I called for a dr the first time. I literally… told the appointment setter that I needed meds! I hate businesses that only want money! Front desk person has 0 customer service. I needed help! Now I have to spend $200 additional going to get the help that I requested the first time! I’m going somewhere else though because I don’t do business with shady unprofessional companies.

0 stars would be preferable. These people aren't any real help at all. I'm not convinced they didn't get certifications from cereal boxes. If you have serious or lifelong issues, please save yourself the time and money… and go elsewhere.

Good clinic better than my last. My psych is incredibly nice and down to earth

Can't get them to answer the phone

This has to be the absolute worst counciling clinic I've ever used for my son. They are contracted with Benton schools which is why we use them, however between the lack of my sons therapist actually coming to see him… (once in 3 months and only for 10 minutes) and the absolute lack of professionalism by staff and clinicians we may have to find somewhere else. They changed our first med management appointment to telehealth but then stood us up. We rescheduled (at this point my son is out of meds from his previous provider) and had to work it out where my sons grandmother took him because im a single mother who works and had already missed work for and appointment they stood us up for. They were denied the in office TELEHEALTH appointment because I was not there and would not work with us for me to attend via telehealth. At this point I started trying to co tact a supervisor and have left multiple messages but they have not returned any of my calls. Today I rescheduled again because the school is seeing serious regression from my son without his meds. I was told the NP works from home and I would have to physically come in to do telehealth with her. Im going to do it simply because my son needs his medication to function just about at all at school but I'm going to start looking for a new place to take him.

Been going here for 17 years on and off due to moving. It’s a poor excuse for a mental health care facility. Makes me want to move back to Little Rock.

I don’t have a phone anymore. I will not have internet or be able to use my iPad anymore Thank Lisa for her misdemeanor it was SOCKING….. She treated me like a third class citizen.(REALLY) She NEVER READ MY LETTER FROM… MY Psychiatrist. And, who does that?……? Thank you all for misleading patients It’s asin. I pray everyone reads this. The staff here are awesome.. all around. Thankful these professionals do what they do, because we all sure need it.

This place is terrible. They tell your business to everyone. They are rude & unpleasant to even talk too. Seems all they care about is Money. Will not ever schedule with them again.

Never tell a child you can't help them ...8 year old was so torn up after we left it hurt her soul...Not able to work with a child with autism or add..

The pharm management was so mean and had no empathy for anyone or anything that was told to them I was made to feel bad about my feelings that I shouldn’t be depressed or have anxiety!!! I’m already depressed and… feeling bad about myself I didn’t need to be talked to like I was a dog .this was my second visit to the office ! I think they need to be better at choosing who they hire. You need to have compassion for the sick!! She had no sympathy and that could make a person to take there own life if she treats everybody like she treated me!!!

Rude disrespectful and don’t listen to you when trying to get help if I could do lower than 1 I would

I’ve been going to this clinic since 2017. Brenda Crownover is the best counselor I’ve ever had. And having a psychiatrist (Love you Dr Carter!) to prescribe me in the same building is extra convenient. Dr Crownover is… the first counselor I’ve been to that made me feel like she was listening and trying to help instead of just saying “chronic depression take some pills” and being done with it. She took my mental health concerns seriously and even researched and helped me find someone willing to test and diagnose me with autism as an adult. The staff at the front desk is always friendly and helpful, going so far as to tell me they’ll be praying for me when I cancel due to illness and saying they’re happy I’m feeling better next time I come in. I cant think of anywhere more deserving of a 5 star review than this counseling clinic.

absolutely horrible. i saw robert kemper. he made me feel worse after my appointment. wanted to change my medications that i said worked. told me that i wasn’t perscribed the right medication for anxiety even tho I 100%… was. made fun of me for not knowing a phrase and told me i shouldn’t be a nurse not knowing it. made me take off the sticker from seeing my dying father in the hospital. overall terrible person and therapist. had to read out of a textbook on even what to say to me. also had a cockroach crawl on my foot while sitting in the waiting room.

Lady at the front desk who answers the calls is SO RUDE!! Will be finding a new clinic for my son. She is completely unprofessional especially considering she handles and talks to people who are either going through a… rough time.

I spoke with "dr" eberle & boyce regarding my son's diagnosis, & they confirmed what I already knew. It's a serious issue for a 14 y/o, & one that I have personally dealt with for years. I sat him down with his mom and… told him. "Dr" eberle then proceeded to give him a MINOR diagnosis and tell me that "he's too young to give the real diagnosis to"! WTAF?! If a child has stage 4 cancer, you don't LIE & tell them they have a precancerous tumor! That's UNETHICAL! I am filing an ethics complaint with the board. The office managers didn't care. The misdiagnosis has caused him to think I lied, which I simply don't do. He has had numerous problems because he doesn't think he's got any major issues.

I can't speak for how this place operates with regard to customer service to clients, etc. as I've not been there, but I can tell you that when I called to obtain records for the APRN I work with, I got an answer… immediately. Robyn was very nice and easy to work with, and I had the records five minutes later. Very efficient. To me, this is a good indicator of a place that is well run, so I would not hesitate to seek services if I needed them, and they were in my area of service.

This business should be SHUT DOWN! They don't care about my daughter's health issues and mental health issues that go along with it. They refused to call my daughter her God given pronouns and made her CRY! My daughter… is a MINOR! Born a girl and will stay one. This place is HORRIBLE!!

Loved the dr and counselor my daughter saw the one time another dr made the apt, but if no one answers the phone Ever, nor returns calls to make apts, they're no good to anyone.

Really helpful & will help you regain stability

I did not like this place at all. Seemed to care about money more than people. I went one time and only saw a counselor but that was enough to know I won't go back there.

Started going there in November the lady did not listen to me had to repeat myself three times for the same subject then ask for another counselor call me cuz of virus she didn't call me then I set up appointment go… back to the same lady there's no record of it when I got there other lady Lisa put me on all kinds of medication that made me worse so it's not good place to go is a joke
