I love this place they are understanding and have done me good I'm very proud to be a arcade patient.they always refill my meds. They do get busy with ordering refills filing etc so p.ease be patient with them they do… care about your health and they do worry about what you go thru .

I am giving a one star because the receptionist and the nurses really everyone besides Tina miles because she calls dhs on people with out checking it out first and before anybody says that it’s her job she has to. I’m… just gonna give you a short rundown of what happened. I took my 14-year-old daughter into her office for having chest pains which I kind of figured was anxiety and Tina confirmed that it was anxiety and she said that my daughter needed to do a psych eval with pinnacle point because on top of the anxiety my daughter has also been acting out. Tina told me that pinnacle point will be contacting me to do an assessment pinnacle point contacted me saying that I needed to take my child to children’s hospital before 12 o’clock that night which I took my child at 7 o’clock or 730 Tina gets in right when doors are opening at our care and causes DHS and tells DHS that I refuse to take my daughter to pinnacle point that I took pinnacle point that I would take her to children’s and that I never took her to children and then because we told her that my child was hitting me, she turned around and told DHS that I was abusing my child which I have my papers for Children’s Hospital. I even brought them into the clinic when I informed them that me and the rest of my family will not be returning back to the clinic until Tina miles is gone I will drive all the way to Conway before I go back to her so if you have any children that are teenage girls or boys and they are acting out do not bring them there because she will call DHS. I am waiting on my papers from DHS because the workers already told me that it’s not found it once I get those I am reporting her to the nursing Disciplinary board

Natalie is someone who cares very much about her patience she is someone that can be trusted with anything that you may need to speak about to her as far as your health habits and lifestyle I would not go to anyone… unless Natalie was just absolutely not working the field anymore I will go from Booneville Arkansas to Benton Arkansas just for a visit with Natalie as my primary care physician

I have gotten billed and my credit score impacted, I have no copay no deductible but now I have a medical charge on my credit. I can’t get an appointment follow up but I get billed. And they won’t fix their mistakes.… Hot mess run far from this place. Keeps telling me my kidneys are failing and I know they are not I have more than one doctor confirmed, don’t go here, worse service and worse billing I ever seen.

I decided to leave a review bc I felt like this clinic deserved a better rating than what it’s got. I went in today as a new patient. I called yesterday and the receptionist was super sweet and I really appreciated her.… She was there today as well, still super sweet in person. I got there a bit early, did my paperwork and was quickly called back. I saw my provider and a med student. They were both fantastic, listened to everything I said, explained everything they were thinking and were both very personable. The nurse or tech who took me back was competent and thorough. I really have no complaints.

I was scheduled to be checked and they wouldn't even see me after paperwork was done will not be going back

In my opinion I think Dr hood is the best regardless of his openings he was literally the only one concerned about my sugar dropping and that’s the truth when I told natily r her response was oh that’s normal as soon as… I told Dr hood I dropped to 40 twice in one night he was all over getting me in to a specialist so in my opinion he’s my go to for anything and everything unless it’s a emergency and he’s unavailable

Natalie is hands down the BEST. Only person I feel 100% comfortable with.

Was in the office on 10/2. The Aprn was to set up a cat scan for me.She sent it to the imaging center without the area to be scanned. I have called three times and she still has not sent it to them.

APRN, Natalie Rodriguez is absolutely amazing!!! She really takes her time to listen to everything you have to say. She actually investigates and looks for answers rather than just giving a pill. APRN, Natalie is kind… and seems to genuinely care. That is hard to find these days.

They seem to have worked out the kinks and got their stuff together. Honestly haven’t had an issue since I got my current pcp. She’s awesome and she seems to genuinely care about her patients

I have to give the deepest thanks of gratitude to the entire staff as well as Natalie for taking such excellent care of my wife and I the last couple days. I came in as a walk in because I had a horrible headache and… congestion. Unfortunately I passed my Covid test with an A+. Natalie bent over backwards to find the medicine my wife and I needed and I can not say thank you all enough !!!!!!! Excellent patient care and quality of treatment

Absolutely rude staff. Never saw an actual md, heart issues, never ran my insurance, billed me 100% then told me to file my own claim with insurance, their job not mine. As a cna I understand a burn out but this entire… place should be reevaluated,starting from the top!

I cannot say how grateful I am for Natalie Rodriguez. She went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Good experience. Clean facilities. Easy parking. Close to the interstate.

Natalie Rodriguez is the best medical care I have ever received. She really cares about us patients. I can't say enough good about her. The front desk people have improved sooooo much in the last year or so... can't say… enough good about this establishment.

I didn't wanna leave a 1 because dr.Rodriguez is amazing. Now how ever dr hud is a absolutely Horrible he doesn't know how to talk to people. he's rude and seems to not care. I need a not from him to be able to sit down… when im in pain at my place of work. he pretty much laughed at me and told me pregnant women should stand. I've been having bad abdominal pain and I stand all day at work. I never said I didn't wanna stand i just said I didn't wanna stand. I guess he just doesn't care about he's Patience we are just a check to him.

Don't bother! For one.not doctors. They are nurses who have to refer you for absolutely everything!! On top of that they leave you waiting for hours. Even with an empty waiting room!!! Even when your a returning… patient. Have kids with you. Or simply made the appointment a week ago.

I was so very sick with Covid symptoms and couldn’t drive all the way to Baptist LR drive through testing. They were able to get me in here the same day and came to the car for meeting the provider and testing. Thank… you so much. APRN Natalie was caring and efficient.
