Wow! Creative Counseling really is the best behavioral health provider in Northern Colorado. They never miss or faulter. That Jen Baker really does her job!!! She always knows the systems and what the client needs… without missing a beat. I have also heard from the therapists and facilitators that she is a true gem! Thanks for all you do!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. These people only care about your money, and could care less about what is best for you. Stay far away from Creative Counciling Services.

Called to ask a simple question and the lady that answered the phone was very rude. Spent thousands of dollars to this company to be treated like that is ridiculous. Go through a different company.

Very friendly and nonjudgmental staff that goes above and beyond to help you succeed.

Carol is great to work with. Her vast knowledge and experience provided me with a new perspective on what I was going through at the time. She is very friendly and thoughtful. I would recommend her to anyone in need of… some self improvement.

I cannot recommend Creative Counseling enough. They have the best team of therapists there! Amber, Hailey, Daniel and Tiffany are amazing! I couldn’t have asked for anything more from any of them. I’ve been in classes… since 2023 and at first it seemed like a chore that I didn’t want to do but it wasn’t like that for long. After a few months, I found myself looking forward to my classes because they really do everything that the classes are meant to do. I am beyond grateful for the treatment I received! Definitely worth every penny!

Josh is absolutely an incredible therapist whether you have had a dui or not. Has helped me more in a few sessions than 30 years of psychologists and psychiatrists combined without writing a single prescription. If… you’re at a spot of struggle in your life, I would absolutely recommend you give him a try! If you have got yourself a dui and are doing classes here, Carol and Breanna are both a big step above any of the other group counselors at other agencies I tried out. CCS also accepts medicaid for the classes and individual therapy which can really be a lifesaver. I wish you all the best luck in your journey and really embrace the process for what it is worth. I’m staying enrolled with josh despite being done with the requirements for my dui probation and literally believe he was placed in my life by divine forces. I’m actually unbelievably impressed with my experience here. They have things most definitely figured out how to come up with a plan to help you.

I took the level 1 class this weekend with Carol Frost and thought she was an excellent instructor. I’m not usually a fan of zoom or any via computer courses, especially when it comes to true life situations and growth,… but I felt comfortable, safe, welcomed, and actually accomplished. Carol is honest and straightforward about her own past that truly made me feel comfortable to speak about my own past, what really brought me here, and actually gain from this experience. A true ‘Judgement Free Zone’, without the lingering thoughts of ‘can I be honest with a person/group I’ve never met’ or ‘how can I be real if this is for legal purposes?’ Not at all with Carol. I highly recommend Creative Counseling Services if you’re in the Northern Front Range, and Carol if you’re near an office in the NoCo area. She even went out of her way after hours to extend a hand with extra music she thought would help me. Music especially because she knew I suffered from a TBI years ago and music therapy is my best form of recovery across the board. If you’re nervous about finally asking for help, or if it’s legal based, she makes this course something that truly resonates with you even when it’s over. Even if your time with the course is over, that doesn’t mean her time is done with you, if you’d like. You’re not just another check mark off the attendance list.

The level one education was a great class along with a lot of learning Carol Frost was a great teacher she is amazing I would really recommend this class for anyone in need!!!

Simply the best team assembled, best help for whatever your needs are, these people care about people, bottom line, and it’s a better world because of them.

The most unprofessional series of people I have ever dealt with. I hope you like reciprocal conversation, as this is the only "counseling" they have been trained in. Absolute money mill with no real concern about… treatment or recovery from trauma. Egos that will not hear anything but praise of how well they are doing. Expect poor communication, improper scheduling, and ABSOLUTELY ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!

The counselor I had was very emotional instead of listening trying to understand your need for counseling she wanted to hear what she wanted to hear! If you didn't respond she would abuse her authority and use it… against you very poorly trained horrible experience there

This agency is by far the best in Northern Colorado - Jen, Lauren, Carol & rest of the team are exceptional! Friendly, professional, big hearted - highly recommend!!!

Beka Sheneman is hands down the best counselor. I have been too many counselors over the years and never stayed long enough to get help. Beka has been my counselor for over 2 years now and the help I have received with… my personal issues is amazing!!! She deserves a award and recognition. She is the most empathetic, personable, and knowledgeable counselor. Thank you Beka for everything!

Carol Frost is amongst the most wonderful women, and teachers I have ever had. Her teaching is thought provoking, relatable, hilarious, and just all around amazing. I think everyone who has ever struggled with similar… things should take her class, whether they have to or not. I genuinely wanted to be there, and am almost sad i only got 12 hours with her and my peers. wonderful panel, wonderful teacher. I will never ever forget her.

I feel like these classes are just made to be forcefully tooken and to steal your money. 25 a class is ridiculous!

Carol is amazing and gives so much insight during classes.

Counselor Donovan is hands down the best counselor I've had. I've used creative counseling multiple times and I've had almost a dozen counselors, all of which did an amazing job, but Donovan is on point. He does a good… job staying on task, keeping control of the group, making sure everyone is getting what they need out of it, and he sets the highest expectations for himself in his job. I'm very thankful to have such an amazing counselor that I can learn from every session.

i was court ordered substance abuse treatment and i’m so happy i chose this establishment. carol is such a good person. she is so honest and real, she made me comfortable talking about my struggle with substance… dependence. give that woman a raise!!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed classes with Cheryl! Although on-line, she truly got to know the group. Cheryl is empathetic, caring, knowledgeable, managed the dynamics of a diverse group, and I feel blessed to have crossed paths… with her. Creative Counseling is fortunate to have her on staff. I have been a client at Creative Counseling for several years and the staff is very respectful, especially Jen at the front desk as well as Carol. I always look forward to our next meeting! Carol has helped me… tremendously through tough situations and is always there when I need her.

Worst groups ever. The therapists don't make anyone do real work and as a result it makes the sessions bleak and I get nothing out of them. Specifically CBT and Dual Diagnosis Groups. I hope no one pays these people for… therapy, very disappointing.

BEST addiction and overall personal growth treatment I've ever recieved. Office manager, Jen, is very prompt and professional in meeting clients needs. I absolutely adore, Carol and Heather they are wonderful… counselors! Wouldn't recommend any other place.
