Wonderful staff, very eager to help, and always there in tough times. I am learning a lot from everybody in the program, from the front desk staff, to all of the counselors. The practical and science-based approach to… addiction and therapy is refreshing and has aided in my personal recovery greatly
Amazing place for intelligent, respectful, compassionate, counseling! Aspen Ridge is an incredible team of professionals that go out of their way to facilitate a very safe environment to heal and build tools for… recovery! Thank you Aspen Ridge for all you do to support me, and new found friends in sobriety! 🙏♥️
Being here was one of the best experiences. I learned so much about myself in such a positive and loving environment. The staff and nurses are the best and go above and beyond to help you with your needs both medically… and personally. Shout out to Lauren, Heather, Kristen, Charlie, Vinny, Rachel, who helped make this journey a blessed and happy one. Would refer anyone 100%. Much love to my Avenues Family and Friends.
Very loving and accepting
Peter, you came out the gate jabronified. I was trying to get help. I understand your job can be hard, but damn, son! Idk how you get to work there. Y'all are supposed to be helping people. It felt like I was the worst… part of your day. I called for help. You should not be working there if you're trying to help people. Just because I don't have insurance doesnt mean I can't cover the expenses.
I’ve had a great deal of exposure to recovery-focused businesses/programs and this was by far my best experience. Betty Jo, Alisha, and Ceana at the Fort Collins office truly understand the assignment, and treat… everyone with respect and genuine care. They create an atmosphere that is both comfortable and solution-focused, which is a very difficult thing to do - a labor of love to say the least. If you are looking for an IOP-style recovery solution for yourself or a loved one in Fort Collins, look here first.
Update your websites they say you accept Medicaid and then we call and you and you say you don't take it.so I am informing the BBB of your information that's provided on your website
Aspen ridge is my favorite place to be educated with tools on how to live a successful and happy life mentally, spiritually, physically and emotionally! The clinicians and therapist there have across the board life… tools to help any Individual that wants to get after it and learn how to better themselves for the better! I have referred out this company and always will!
Aspen Ridge is *literally* one of the reasons I am alive, celebrating (just over) two-years of sobriety today. Their approach to therapy, both individual and group, and the opportunities they afforded me were… monumental; critical. I found out I wasn’t alone, even when I thought I wanted to be. I cannot thank this place and its personnel (that become family) enough for the resources, encouragement, knowledge and serenity they have provided to me. Just here to update and say that I am now almost THREE years sober and I still have AR North to thank for that!
This place is awesome. Love the people who work here. Liked it so much i went twice. I struggled with transportation and some other things while attending and the staff were super helpful and worked with me. Wish there… was more NA/12 step stuff. But they overall introduced me to many recovery options/meeting types. Trying all the meeting options i learned about made me try NA again. Thats what keeps me clean today. They also educated me on addiction, relapse, emotions, therapy, and so much more. They showed me things i didnt like as much and things i loved. Felt like this helped me build a great foundation for my recovery as i found what worked for me and what didnt.
Betty Jo is amazing instantly made me feel at home. All of the staff is like a family very good people open arms. Helped me through very tough times. Can’t praise them enough
AspenRidge is a great local facility. You get the feeling you are an individual and not just one patient out of hundreds. The staff is caring, kind, nonjudgemental, and available to help you on your journey of recovery.… I am so grateful to have them as part of my support system!
My experience at Aspenridge was life changing. It was exactly what I needed to help me get my life changed around.
I’ve never been trash talked and slandered by any one “professional” setting before like I have this place. They took any chance possible to cut me down in a tough part of my journey. Not only my therapist, but the… DIRECTOR even had her play in making my seeking a new treatment program and my recovery plan, away from and after them, as difficult as possible for me. I felt that they were unprofessional and I will stand my ground on it. I would never, ever suggest asking them for help, even if desperate. Absolutely horrible.
Only cares about money. Go somewhere else and save yourself some stress from this very poorly run organization.
I had a horrible experience with Aspen Ridge and would not recommend them to anyone who is in need of trustworthy administration to properly document treatment information. The counselors I had were good, but during my… treatment BOTH of my counselors quit and my entire treatment was cut short because their admins falsified information. If you want a genuine recommendation, do NOT go through AspenRidge and find counselors elsewhere. We are in a State that has many great counselors and you don't want your treatment to be adhered due to blatant ignorance from an administration office. I'm sure many people have good experiences here, but it is not worth the risk of being dragged into a mess due to counselors quitting, poor documentation, and an administration that is not there to help you but rather to make their organization money.
This place changed my life I now have 2 years of sobriety because of this place if you are looking to change your life invest your time here!!
I couldn’t stop drinking. I tried many times and always went back to drinking. Aspen Ridge didn’t just address the drinking. They addressed the underlying issues why I drank. Today, I am in control of my life and my… life is better than it ever has been.
Over all I think this place is fantastic. I have felt deficits in how many actual counselors have been through addiction recovery themselves as this leads to a stronger connection with the counselors. Classes as a whole… are good though not all the counselors put an effort into teaching and will just read from a paper printed off of a website.
I was told before signing up that the online course would be covered 100% by Aspen Ridge and Blue Cross Blue Shield. After a couple months I got a bill for almost $10k. Of course Aspen Ridge says it was Blue Cross's… fault and vise versa. 7 months later of phone calls, arguing, stress, wasted time and everyone blaming everyone else I got it down to $3.4k that I just paid. I was told it was covered 100% and it was not. Aspen Ridge should have some integrity and stand by that or at least offer a discount...I went somewhere for help and they have not helped at all but now cost me tons of wasted time, stress and money. Trust me, go to AA or another group. It's literally the same thing.
Aspenridge recovery gave me the love and support I needed while I learned how to live in recovery and be happy again.
The staff truly cares and wants to help. I felt accepted and like I was a part of a family. They helped save my life!
