I can honestly say that I was amazed with how well they run their establishment and how mice and caring everyone there is. Considering what type of business it is, I wouldn't of believed how good this place and their… employees were unless I seen it myself. I will agree the female Dr does have a power trip issue, but not all places are perfect and 1 bad seed in a building full of great ones it more than ok in my book!! Thank you Dundalk
Kayla has always been there for me and has gone above and beyond her paygrade to help out not just me, but other patients that I always see walking out of her office looking relieved with a gigantic smile on their face.… I've been in 3 programs since 2015, and Kayla is easily the best damn counselor i will ever have. When I move away to another state or life, I hope I'm fortunate enough to either bring or meet someone just like her. 1 out of 8 billion.
This clinic needs HR to humble the two Rude individuals, STELLA (doc) and Bria(answers phone) I have been coming to this clinic for almost 10 yrs now….this new doc Stella and Bria were arguing with me over the phone and… decided that they are going to stop my treatment because she (STELLA and Bird) claims I had an attitude. When you meet these two, you will understand the hypocrisy. This is absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional. Don’t Allow these two children to infect your energy negatively
ATTENTION!! AVOID!! AVOID!!! Unprofessional like no other this Stella is the Doctor and has all the power. Her (Stella) and the front desk lady (Bria) just aggressively argued with me and hung up on me when Bria wanted… to. Stella says she won’t see me or help me with my recovery, my sublocade shot, Because she says I had an attitude with her back in December….Let’s not forget we are in the world of addiction and tons of people in recovery get irritated very quickly. SHE SHOULD NOT BE THE PROVIDER THERE WITH ALL THE VETO POWER BECAUSE SHE IS PETTY AND ACTS BASED OFF HER EMOTIONS.

I've been coming to this outstanding establishment on and off for the last ten years (10 yrs as of yesterday) and I have nothing but positive experiences to speak of. Anytime I've had a problem, either with my meds or… personal, this place has been nothing short of a saving grace for yours truly. And if I happen to stay in Maryland for the rest of my days, I'll be more than happy to stay put here.
I'm new to the clinic but so far the experience has been great..my intake was a walk in and it was super quick. They were honorable in giving me th same dosing as my other clinic. Everyone was very nice and helpful. A… very friendly and caring atmosphere
I love this place I can't express how wonderful the woman are there the front desk lady ASHLEE I love her to pieces she always so friendly n happy u NEVER can tell if she having a bad day I love her ambition. I would definitely recommend this location, They're better than a lot of the other clinics in baltimore. The Staff is friendly and understanding. They truly want to help in your recovery.
This frist is not my real name but i go here. For the most part every one is nice. What is not okay is being belittle And also I felt discriminated against because he doesn't do it to anybody else that I have seen while… u get your meds. Now if you would like to know the whole story since I see that the owner's answer pretty frequently I will let you know what happened

The front desk person is always very helpful. Most of the time there's no line. Which I love. The nurse's are quick with dosing. I've been going to this program for 3 yrs. I have only had one counselor. She has been a… blessing in my life.
