Sent but no action or response ! Formal Complaint Regarding Inappropriate Conduct and Denial of Service – Dr. Patricia Ayozie To Whom It May Concern , I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the… unprofessional and inappropriate treatment I received during my recent visit to your facility on June 12 2025 . I scheduled this appointment for my annual physical and to have a school health form completed—something I have done at your clinic in previous years without issue. Upon arrival, I was informed that my regular physician was unavailable and was offered the option to reschedule or be seen by another doctor. Due to the time-sensitive nature of the school form (which is due by June 30th), I agreed to see Dr. Patricia Ayozie. While the nursing staff I interacted with were professional and courteous, my experience with Dr. Ayozie was troubling. She was dismissive, abrupt, and refused to listen to my explanation regarding the form. The form states that blood work and a 10-panel drug test must be submitted—but the drug test is conducted by the school at a later date and not by the examining provider. I explained that your facility does not perform drug testing and that I would be completing this portion of the requirement at a separate lab in August. Despite this clarification, Dr. Ayozie insisted that she would not complete or return the form to me without current drug test results. When I reiterated that the drug test was not required from your facility or needed to give with the form , she still refused. I asked for the form back and left the exam room. I then spoke to a nurse, who was confused about the doctor’s insistence, as she also understood that the drug test is handled externally by the school. In an effort to resolve the situation, I pulled up recent drug test results from a prior screening, but Dr. Ayozie refused to resume the visit or complete the form. As a result, I had to go to another facility (CityMD), where I was able to receive the physical, complete the form, and have the necessary blood work done without issue. This experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and entirely avoidable. I found Dr. Ayozie’s conduct to be unprofessional and not in line with the standards of care and respect patients should receive. I am deeply disappointed and, as a result, will no longer be seeking care at your facility. I respectfully request that this complaint be reviewed and that appropriate steps be taken to address this matter. Sincerely, Keena Chambers
This place is one of those "last resort" places. Doctors are okay, I guess but the logistics and disorganization is painful. They have two Adult Clinics, A and B but only registrar clerks at one of them, if your… doctor's at the other clinic you have to check in at the open one first. So anyway, my doctor is almost always at the clinic with no clerks, but the previous week they had me getting blood drawn at the OBGYN, a place I had never been to in my 15 years coming here so I figure, I go by the direction of the staff. She tells me to sit in the clinic with the clerks in it, instead of my typical clinic. I'm there waiting for an hour, the SAME lady tells another person that my Doctor is in the other clinic. Let me just say I'm glad I'm not the old me. Long story short, it takes me 2 hours after my appointment to get seen, which then only takes 15 minutes. another thing, god help you if your PCP is in this building. It is impossible to get a hold of ANYONE here unless you get a good nurse to call and many of them here are not. This is not an assault on character or skill but rather, the nurses here are overworked and understaffed working in hot offices with no air and no windows. So I get it. Still have to say it here, sorry. People should know. There are worse places to go but there are most CERTAINLY better places to go.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I originally had an appointment scheduled for 1PM with a pediatrician for my son. They contacted me the day prior to the appointment asked if they can move it to 1:20PM I said no… problem. I arrived we waited about 40 minutes just for my son’s vitals to be taken. Then was made aware the physician was going on lunch from 3pm-4pm. Didnt see the doctor till 345pm & left the office at 415pm. Completely ridiculous, proper communication shouldve been made with the patients so people could’ve rescheduled if needed. 3 hours for a Flu shot is absolutely ridiculous.
Is there any particular reason for why the service at the pharmacy is so slow. There was just me and a lady there, and 4 workers inside and it took me forever to even get called up
Really love it
These people suck they sit right there and never answer phone like pick a different job if u don’t wanna be there
This is by far the most disorganized and unprofessional health center I’ve ever visited in Brooklyn. The front desk and medical staff constantly pass blame back and forth, showing zero accountability or teamwork. Even… worse, I saw an assistant openly cough in a patient’s face without wearing a mask — a shocking violation of basic health and safety standards. They force you to show up 30 minutes early, only to leave you sitting there for over an hour and a half past your actual appointment time. The overall experience reflected poor organization and a disregard for patient time and comfort. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place if you can!
Never care about what you do don’t pick up the phone correct time and keeps transfer to different people and just disrespect by me keep calling and still not answer the phone and got mad when I keep calling they are… very busy and don’t care about their patience just for a quick question
Everything New is being restored, it was time. Thank you all that help.
These ppl will have you waiting for mad hours .. definitely don't recommend anyone to come here
