Eating Recovery Center – Cincinnati Address, Location and Contact Information
Records give the address as 3805 Edwards Road, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45209. Cincinnati sits in Hamilton County. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

Incredibly rude staff. They also will not try to work with you in any capacity with making your schedule work with their times. If you can’t do what someone who doesn’t even see you in person/ has access to your medical… records says in an assessment then you get kicked out. There are other places like Aster Springs.
So grateful for the help I received here 💖
I wrote a negative review originally, and I still think they need to work on communicating with people with autism, but thanks to the professionals there I celebrate my one year anniversary of recovery tomorrow! All… because they gave me a fresh start.

The staff are deeply compassionate, respectful, and committed to providing clients with all of the tools and support necessary to find recovery.
I refer patients to the ERC frequently. The staff is very involved in coordinating care with referral sources. My patients have expressed only exceptionally positive comments about their experiences. Strongly recommend.
I'm not sure if they are deleting reviews or what's happening, but I've left several only to come back and see they're gone. This place is the worst, DONTtake your own medicine like they ask you WON'T get it back and… when you ask for the stuff you brought in they tell you they never received anything!! Absolute joke. Also this is NOT what this building looks like inside or out at all. Every single right has been violated with this place! They act super friendly at first then once there they Start tresring you different. Please don't send someone you care about here unless you want them worse off then they were!!
My husband and I have been struggling with our daughters eating disorder for close to twenty months now. She was admitted twice to Cincinnati Children's with low heart rate (25 rate per minute last time) significant… weight loss, and dangerously low potassium and electrolytes. We took mattered into our own hands and admitted her directly to ERC after released from the hospital. We knew she needed intensive therapy mentally as she had not had it when she was diagnosed. After watching her spiral out of control, we finally see light at the end of the tunnel and she has been receiving the mental help she needs to cope and overcome her illness. I highly recommend this program as not only is our daughter working on recovery, but our family is also highly involved learning the DPT skills we had never been made aware. Our daughter went from partial inpatient to intensive outpatient and back in school full time. If we had not had this option, I honestly don't know where we would all be today. We are fortunate to have this program in Cincinnati and I HIGHLY recommend with families that are struggling. We finally have hope.
I DONT KNOW WHY SOMEONE RATED THIS PLACE ONE STAR. IF YOU PUT IN THR WORK HERE, YOU WILL GET BETTER. They give you all the tools and help you every step of the way, but you still have to do the work, but that's how it… is at any treatment place. The state are knowledgeable and kind, and just they're so great
