Embark Behavioral Health – Campbell

I was a tough one....came in with mental health issues that I didn't know ran so incredibly deep. The therapists and overall care team at Embark has gotta be the best clinical team in the Bay Area. I was with them from… 2025 -2026 with a couple months break in between to receive higher level of care. Throughout the entire process, I was not left alone. Upon my return, we jumped straight back into therapy. The staff is so incredibly kind, lighthearted, fun, and real man. I went it with no hope, and came out with the will to preserve and to advocate for myself and my safety. The therapists are trauma informed (some specialize in other areas, but the team works together so well to build of off each others' skills and expertise). You're in great hands. I'm forever grateful.

This place if for you. Despite it being virtual, it feels like you are able to make the necessary connections for your mental health journey. They're skills are unprecedented.

Embark in Campbell was amazing for my son and our family. The therapists in particular are phenomenal. They helped my son through crisis, and were amazing in communicating and helping us get the right services needed.… It’s a place that offers so much when a child is struggling and they do it in such a caring way. Even a year after graduating, my son goes back to visit. Clearly it’s a place he felt safe and cared for. So grateful for Embark in Campbell.

My therapist was amazing and the community was delightful.

Fraudulent charges made on my credit card for over $2000. The intake person prior to signing up with Embark had assured me that after I've met my deductible (which I paid in full at the beginning) there would be no… other payment. Indeed, my insurance paid them in full for all services. However, toward the end of the program, Embark charged my credit card. I contacted Embark business office but they keep sending me a template email response without correcting their mistakes. I wonder if it is designed this way, hoping that people will just give up trying to get reimbursement and they can keep the fraudulently gained credit card charges. It's very sad that they are taking advantage of desperate people in need of help. There should be no reason for them to ask for your credit card number. Beware, please.

I know my son was safe, that’s the only positive I will give them. They lied about what there program was, sold me on an educational component that didn’t actually exist and swore their care was customized when it was… scripted and not at all appropriate for my son. They then told my it would cost me price and I was billed at a rate that double what was expected. I was told my insurance covered this program, evidently not as much as I understood. Overall, I’m sorry I wasted my time and money and kept my son out of school for the program at Embark. Lesson learned on the mental health scam

i mean its cute in there and u get nice snacks. i made good friends but i would not come back 💯

It’s 10 clients vs one therapist might as well get a regular therapist cause individual is once a week here too

The team at Embark has exceeded our expectations. We sought care for our teen from many other programs in the South Bay and they don’t come close to what the Embark team offered to our child. Our teen reports that for… the first time, in a long time, they felt heard by their therapist and respected. There’s simply no better program.

I’ve been very impressed with the depth and breadth of the clinical expertise, friendliness of the staff, and the results of treating numerous mental health issues of our community’s troubled teens. I highly recommend… all families of troubled teens take advantage of the quality of care at Embark

I visited Embark in my capacity as a Head of School for a local private school. I was immediately impressed with their beautiful facility, which I feel confident would put teens and parents at ease. They also have two… adorable therapy dogs who are a pleasure! I've met with several different administrators at this new Campbell location and have been impressed with their background and dedication to helping families. In a time when finding mental health services can be a real challenge, I'm so glad Embark opened in our area - I would not hesitate to refer one of my families to them.

I am so glad that I found this program. My daughter started going to Embark's 3-day per week intensive outpatient program (IOP) about one month ago. She was filled with apprehension at first since she had a very… negative experience at the last IOP place that she participated in (at Aspire Los Gatos). The staff and therapists at Embark has been wonderful! The approach is more hands on and allows the teens to express their issues in either a group and/ or a private setting. I also appreciate that the group size is much smaller and intimate. The facility is beautiful and provides a warm and comfortable environment for the teens. It doesn't feel like a "hospital" unlike the other place that she initially attended. I highly recommend this place!
