Farnham Family Services – Oswego Detox and Rehab Services

Farnham Family Services – Oswego appears on the register for intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.

The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

When it comes to the counselor’s, they are fantastic. You can tell that they are really truly in it to win it so to speak they really are trying to help people when it comes to the doctors. The jury is still out…:. One… of the doctors they are very kind hearted soft-spoken woman, but she refers back to the main doctor on every single thing which also takes extra time so if you need to go in for something you have to see her and then she has to go through him and because he doesn’t see many patients, he really doesn’t understand what’s happening And if he does, then that means that they’re not doing a good job… I have been sent back to my primary care multiple times have multiple tests still in withdrawal every single day and they know it and don’t seem to care…. Going back to my primary care multiple times and even my primary care does not understand what they are doing at that facility adding in multiple medication’s and meanwhile still every single day having to go through hell…. After 20 years of sobriety

The lady on the phone ruth hung up on my when I asked if they could help me even though I have a job. I was told sobriety is more important than your job.

Both the Fulton and Oswego locations are purposely prescribing my son gaba penton and well butrin, addictive substances that have caused him to overdose numerous times.including very recently. Reached out to director… executive director and counselors after 6 phone calls finally got a call back, didn't listen AT ALL to director circumstances, that could kill my loved one. . when I was simply trying to warn them that every other doctor my son has been to and every other provider for the past 2 years has cut him off from these meds because he is abusing them to significant levels. Run as far away as you can from this place! They don't listen and they don't care

Dr shannon switched me from subutex to suboxone after i was using subutex with success for over 2 years and lied about why she switched me. The suboxone made me sick so I couldn't take them and this lead to a relapse. I… would suggest any outpatient than this. Oh and i had 3 different dr in under a year farnham is a joke a bad joke only come here if you enjoy being disrespected and treated like a child. Also chad had my door kicked in because he was misinformed before contacting me or my emergency contact.

I came to them back in 2016 after I overdosed and they just made me feel so low and weren’t listening to me at all After I had already told them no I do not Need year-long services that that overdose experience was… enough to keep me clean it’s now 2021 I’m almost 5 years clean maybe you should of listened not even addict is the same after I repeatedly told my counselor no you do not understand the experience that I went through and made me never wanna touch drugs again that they were wasting my time when I could of been looking for a job to better my life been almost five years and I’ve never touched drugs ever again and I don’t drink not that I did before it’s all about money with them rather than listening to people

I believe Farnham is an important resource for those in Oswego looking to overcome an addiction to opiates. Everyone there genuinely seems to care about helping those seeking recovery. The groups and counseling along… with methadone have all played a role in getting and keeping me off drugs. I thank God for this facility as well as the dedicated people who work there.
