I had an overall positive experience at Recovery Beach and I truly appreciate the staff members who supported me throughout my stay. There were people there who genuinely cared, listened to me, and helped me through a… very difficult time. I’m grateful for the experience and the people I met, and I would still recommend this facility to someone who is looking for help. However, I do feel that there is an important issue that needs to be addressed regarding medications at discharge. Before leaving, I was specifically told that all of my medications would be going home with me. I understood that to mean exactly that—all medications I had been prescribed and paid for would be included in my discharge medications. When I got home and realized that one of my medications was missing, I called the facility to ask about it. I was then told that I “didn’t need” the medication. My concern is that I had already been told I would be taking all of my medications home, and I had also paid for the medication. Even if they felt I didn’t currently need it, there was still a possibility that I could run into a situation where I might need it, which is exactly why I was concerned about not having it available. I understand that medical professionals may make decisions about what medications are necessary, but if a medication has been prescribed, paid for, and the patient has been specifically told that it will be sent home with them, I feel there should be clear communication about any changes before discharge. I shouldn’t have had to get home, discover that something was missing, and then call to find out why. This is not meant to take away from the positive aspects of my experience. I’m thankful for the care and support I received, but I do believe the discharge medication process could be handled much better. Clear communication and making sure patients receive what they were told they would receive would make the transition home much less stressful.

My experience at Recovery Beach was really enjoyable. The staff does an amazing job making every client feel seen and understood. They also provide you with a personalized medication regimen which alleviates the… stressors of depression, anxiety, sleep problems, etc. that typically present themselves during treatment. Three meals are provided a day and snacks are always readily available. The only area that could use some work is the organization of phone time and med pass around the daily schedules. Overall, there’s always healthy and productive activities to do at this facility, and I finished my experience feeling much more clear minded and hopeful for my future outside of treatment.

The Staff at Recovery Beach really made my experience with starting my recovery journey a very positive and fulfilling experience!! I feel extremely blessed to have had the chance to meet and share my new start with… each and every one of them!! Thank you all!!

This place is not only very beautiful but what goes on inside is just as beautiful. They are loving caring and they took my recovery seriously. They worked with me in every single way possible. Such an amazing place.

My stay at recovery beach was a fantastic experience I didn’t want to come in the first place because I didn’t want to get help at all. When I flew in from Texas to California I was nervous but the staff here made sure… I got to the facility safe and sound and they picked up me right from the airport and brought me here. The staff and clients here are very nice and helpful people, the staff here checks on clients and make sure everyone is doing well with there stay and also happy while being here. The group meetings they have there are very helpful and very informative also. They have councilor David Waller to talk if there’s concerns about your job, court cases, discharge date, family contact, etc. The help there at recovery beach was amazing and I recommend it for all who are in need of help.

I always worried that rehab was a hospital where I’d be locked away like it’s jail or something. But recovery beach allowed me take care of business, get my family visits, and make a couple new (and real) friends. Thank… you.

Recvrry bch is is a great treatment center, I have been to a few and none of the others were like this one. It’s a boutique rehab and you get personalized treatment. The accommodations are super nice and it’s easy to… relax and just give your all to the prograsm and trust the experts. .

i was worried my daughter would end up leaving recovery beach in the middle of the treatment process because she'd done that twice before. IDK what clicked this time, but this program really did work for her. i didn't… want to get my hopes up too much because i was used to her relapsing and id find her blackout drunk by the first night she was home, but she finsihed the program and is doing aftercare now and is still clean and sober. praise god for miracles and praise god for rechoveryu bach.

Inpatient rehab was the reset I needed. The groups were honest, and the staff kept things steady.

treatment kept me accountable and having a schedule gave me something solid to count on each day so i wasn't thinking about drinking. i'm so glad i made it to Orange County for rehab because it was close enough for my… kids to come visit and that kept me going.

Rehab gave me a fresh start. The recovery beach house had rules, support, and people who understood what I was going through.

Detox helped my son get through the first hard days safely. The staff treated him with care, and our family is very thankful.

I just went to this facility. I must say, it is the best of the best. It didn’t work for me because I have to work remotely to keep my job. Other than that. The staff, the programs, the facility, all of it. Top notch… and a 10 out of 10. I can’t say enough about the kind staff that understands the struggles one goes through. I was ugly and they treated me kind nonetheless. I’m crazy grateful for this crew. And the patients too. If you are seeking help, and don’t have to work remotely. Please do yourself a favor. And come here. I’ve been in and out of places and this is the best by far. Positive vibes to all.

If you're looking for help, I highly recommend Recovery Beach. This is the best place in California in my opinion, and I can't say enough about how good this program is. From the outings where they took us for Adventure… Therapy to the groups ran by Blue, they are amazing at getting people back on track. Shout out to all the staff! Thank you for helping me get back to myself!

Aftercare helped my wife feel less alone after treatment. She had support in place, and that helped our whole family.

I’m an Anaheim local, so I really liked that Recovery Beach is right here in Orange County. Getting visits from my family really mattered to me, and being able to go to a rehab near me meant that we didn’t have to spend… money on flights back and forth. But this place was SO nice! I had an apartment style room, we got to go on all kinds of outings, the groups were actually helpful instead of boring readings from a book, and the food is awesome (they have a chef). Instead of counting down the days, I actually wanted to stay and make the most out of the program. And that’s something I’ve never said about treatment. As of next month, I’ll have 1year sober.

I spent thirty days at Recovery Beach in Orange County, Ca. I’m from Cleveland Ohio which is a long way from home and my family. I can honestly say I am thankful I did. The staff and facility are outstanding. They… really care about you and want you to be successful. The give the tools to help regardless of what your drug or drugs of choice may be. I know thirty days seems like a long time, but is worth it. If you’re hesitant about coming, don’t be. I left feeling confident and a whole new better person

Without getting into too much detail, I’ve been through at least 4 outpatient rehabs for opioids and none of them ever really helped me. Going to a residential rehab really scared me, but I was sick of living the way I… was living. Being at Recovery Beach changed everything though. I became part of a community that understood exactly what I was going through, and now I’ve got 7 months clean and sober.

After I got a DUI, I was lucky enough to have a boss that gave me the choice of either going to rehab or resigning my position. It was a no brainer, so I started looking for rehabs near me and found Recovery Beach. I… called the next morning and they actually got me in that same day. The staff was awesome from the start, and the program never felt like some assembly line where they just processed us in, cashed a check, and set us out. I did detox and inpatient and it honestly changed everything. Got 10 months clean now.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The food is incredible, the staff genuinely care about every person here, and the therapy sessions truly changed my life. This place gave me support when I needed it most. Don’t let… fear stop you from getting help — just make the call. Highly recommend. ★★★★★

My son overdosed in our basement and I’ve never felt more helpless as a mother, but I refused to lose him to addiction. I talked to the paramedics that responded to our house and they said he needed to get into a detox… program immediately than transition to an inpatient program afterwards. It was almost 1am when I called Recovery Beach, but they actually answered the phone. Then they answered all my questions, ran our insurance, confirmed our coverage, and literally had my son admitted the next morning. They mean it when they say they’ll be there for you. For any parent who’s looking for help in OC, Recovery Beach is the real deal.

Gotta give a shoutout to the clinical team here. My therapist really made me look at stuff I’d been avoiding for years. Was it uncomfortable? Yeah. But it was exactly what I needed. The group sessions were solid too,… not the kind where you just sit in a circle and zone out. They actually made you think. If you’re going back and forth about getting help just call these people.

I'm local so I liked that Recovery Beach is right in Orange County. My family didn't have to fly somewhere or take a whole day off to visit. The place is way nicer than you'd expect. Apartment style rooms, good food,… solid groups. I actually wanted to stay and do the work which is not something I've ever said about treatment before.
