About Four Corners Detox Recovery Center – Gallup

Four Corners Detox Recovery Center operates from 2105 Hasler Valley Road in Gallup. The site sits in McKinley County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Catalpa Canyon, Church Rock and Gamerco. Distance matters here, and the nearest option is not always the one that fits.

Detox and residential treatment are delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment, telehealth appointments and care for co-occurring mental health conditions. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves.

Detox and Rehab Services at Four Corners Detox Recovery Center

Withdrawal management covers alcohol, benzodiazepine, cocaine, methamphetamine and opioid dependence and is handled on site rather than referred elsewhere. Someone starting in detox can move into residential care without changing provider or repeating an intake. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Residential here is short-term, which makes what follows discharge the more important question. Buprenorphine and naltrexone are available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Co-occurring mental health conditions are treated in the same building rather than split across providers.

Great place to have in my hometown.. staff is friendly and very supportive. I took advantage of every group daily and even the sweat lodge on the weekends..I’m currently in an extended stay in Taos but did my 5 days… detox and 30 day residency here and I owe my life to this treatment center. I recommend this place to those who are seeking help with addiction. This is a great place to start.. one day at a time 🙏
