Front desk was nice, would not recommend Diane Vack to anybody from my experience. Made me stop going, felt like my mental got worse going to her. After seeing some of this comments, I’m glad to know I wasn’t over… thinking and wasn’t the only one who felt this way
I was a patient there for quite a few years and I had to stop going there because my wife was dying from a hereditary brain disease ! There was a lot going on with her so I had to stop going here ! Now I just tried to… get something going so I could come back and they tell me that I have been referred out and that I have to find treatment somewhere else! I really thought this place was supposed to help people but apparently not ! Would never recommend this place to anyone ever ! And if you do decide to go there I wish you all the luck in the world !
I have been going to them for years and there wonderful and love how much they have helped me
Excellent
The one star goes to the friendly front desk staff. I would not recommend Diane Vack to anyone going through mental health struggles. I only met her once after an inpatient psych stay at the hospital and she was… incredibly bossy and judgmental, writing in my notes that I only attempted to take my life for attention when I stated that I “wanted someone to listen to my struggles.” as the reason for said attempt, NOT that I only abused substances for attention. She did not go over my intake paperwork with me that I spent 45 minutes filling out and barely listened to a word I had to say without interrupting. I would not recommend her to anyone and would suggest she change career paths by becoming a high school principal instead.
Women are being admitted as patients in the men's ward.
Professional and helpful
I'll paint a picture of what happened this morning (Nov. 4, 2025). As always, my (former) therapist was late by 30 minutes and any other time she will cancel appointments without making a rescheduled appointment. As for… today she came in hot headed, rude, and hostile. My psych doctor wanted her to fill out certain paperwork to my employer. She REFUSED. She refused to do some thing that her superior old her to do. She also didnt try to have a conversation with her superior, or for me for that matter on why (in her opinion). She became rude, snappy and cutting me off while I was speaking. Didn't she go to school to contain her emotions? I walked out of the office and told her I'd request a new therapist. As I am TALKING to the receptionist she comes around the corner stomping her heels trying to intimidate me with her presence. And REPEATS what I had just said to the receptionist. I've never had a problem with this office. The receptionist are great. They are kind and courteous. My psych doctor wants to see me thrive and get better but this particular therapist does not. So, if you'd like a therapist where she wants you sit there and color pictures and point to pictures of how your feeling. She's your gal. I have been seeing her for a year now and we haven't made a dent into my past traumas. She'll be late every visit, but will not do make up time. I have private insurance from my employer. I can only imagine how she treats individuals that use state insurance. She is absolutely horrendous. I'd love to blast her name on this review, but I will not. I gave three stars for the receptionist and for the psych doctor. Zero stars for the therapist that cannot contain her emotions. Also, because she will not show up time or no show. I took work off for this. Message me privately and I'll tell you which therapist not to attend to.
My first visit was well needed and i felt comfortable!!
I've been seeing Diane for years and she has been a wonderful person to work with. I'm thankful for all her guidance and compassion, a very good person. Let's not forget Tearsa
This place is a joke fr they don’t care about u or me just the money😂
Do NOT waste your time with this totally unorganized place. Should not get stressed out like this place will do ya. Especially stay clear of Diane Vock. That lady is one rude piece of work.
Sandra and Willy have been great. They listen and explain everything really well. I appreciate all of their help. Office staff have always been friendly and helpful as well.
Honestly I love the staff here I been going to Gerry for over 8 years now and. Willy and they always set me in the right direction. When I can to make an appointment the front desk lady's. Are always willing to help.… Thank you so much with helping with my mental health needs
Friendly staff and mental health practitioners. Appreciate there flexibility when I need to be seen right away
Appointment made initially with someone who doesn't take our insurance. Had to reschedule. We got here at 8:10 for our 815 Appointment. Now 830 and no answer at the door or phone.
Everyone was super friendly and so helpful. Easy to schedule
absolutely TERRIBLE place. Would never EVER send my kids here. I was restrained and put in a locked room for 2 hours, twoce in ONE STAY, against my rights. Employees are rude. Been cussed out by employees, screamed at,… degraded. And lets not forget this is the ADOLESCENT UNIT. These people should 100% not be running a mental facility, my sister and my friend have both been there also saying it was an absolutely horrible place.
I have been working with Diane Vock for about 2years, she's a little bossy and judgemental, but today was the last straw. I have been through some really rough times the last year and I was finally coming out the other… side. I got a chance buy a house, and The only thing I needed was a letter for Family Service Agency my payee, from Diane, saying I could handle my money now. She refuses to write the letter, and and is insisting I live in a senior Center. I'm done, I'm not coming back, cancel next appointment.
Withhold your meds
I have had good experiences every time I have been there. Diane listens and she gives tools on how to cope with mental illness. The staff at the front desk are polite and friendly to me.
i love my therapist she helped me with my 10 disorder's god bless
April is awesome, goes above & beyond , would highly recommend
