My worker has tried since November I on my own tried back in I believe 2017 same time I had the same thing happen which was nowhere I just know to contact higher up and report this to MDHHS because change has got to come
Called several times never received call back wait for a report was seen in July and is now Oct still waiting for the report
I have tried for awhile to get services here and each time, I was told to leave my contact number and someone would contact me which never happened. Tried again today and the lady on the phone was like there was a wait… list. I asked how long the waitlist was and her response was, "I dont know" I wasnt even given a choice to be added to the list! Very very unprofessional. I wish there was a score less than 1 star because that is what they deserve. Uodate: I want to personally thank Craig and Katie for immediately addressing my concerns. I am very satisfied with the level of concern and professionalism shown to me. Again, thank you so much.
