The girl at the front desk was very unhelpful and did not communicate the information clearly. I called the clinic to make an appointment and was told that they accept walk-ins. I explained which day I planned to come… in, and she told me, “Yes, come in.” However, when I arrived, she told me that the doctor would not be at the clinic that day. She then checked the schedule and explained that they receive a weekly schedule. I don’t understand why she did not provide me with this information when I called. If the doctor’s schedule was available, I should have been informed that the doctor would not be at the clinic on the day I planned to come in. She needs to improve her communication and make sure patients are given accurate and complete information when they call. This situation could have easily been avoided if she had provided the correct information from the beginning. This was a waste of my time, and I had to miss work to come to the clinic.

Very bad experience. When they charge you for the consultation and exam, everything seems fine, but when they're about to give you the results, they make you wait more than 2 hours to see you.

Very disappointing experience. Every time I call, the operators are extremely rude, disrespectful, and lack basic professionalism. Patients are repeatedly asked to come in for routine follow-ups even when there seems to… be no real medical need, and medication refills are constantly tied to unnecessary lab tests. It feels like the clinic is more focused on making money than genuinely caring for its patients. Healthcare should be about patient care, compassion, and professionalism—not treating patients like a source of revenue. This is my today experience at 2 pm. I called and got that experience

It’s really unfortunate to get ripped off like that; it’s not a cheap clinic—if price is what matters to you, this isn't the place. There are other spots with similar or lower prices that offer standard service, whereas… the service here is terrible—they treat you worse than at a vet's office. My wife went in for a procedure and said she was treated horribly; she was taken into a room and made to strip completely naked without even being given a gown, and she was treated very poorly. She paid for a consultation with a gynecologist and left almost in tears. There’s never any parking, either, but if you have no other choice and are willing to put up with that, then go ahead.

Dr. Maddipatti is doing a excellent job on my re- rootcanal. Good place and decent price for dental work. 👌

My appointment was at 12 wasn't seen until 1, everyone walking around doing nothing just like Walmart a lot of employees employed but not working.I was finally seen, then had to wait for the ladies behind the window to… talk about bs for 45 minutes so they could tell me the services I needed would have to be scheduled for another appointment because it was after 4. If they didn't sit there running their mouths I could have had what needed to be done and been out of there..

I received excellent care for my tooth extraction. Dr. Matytsin talked me through the entire process. He was professional and caring as was his nurse assistant. I was told what to expect for after care and it all made… sense to me. Again, a great experience with Dr. Mastytsin and staff. Thank you.

I called before coming to the clinic and was assured that the tests I requested were covered. After wasting an hour of my time, I learned they were not covered and that the clinic’s prices were significantly higher than… those of many other labs, including one I would have went to had I not been misled before and during my visit. I have been pleased with the doctors and the care they provide. However, the front-desk staff was unprofessional and should not assume, based on someone’s appearance, that the person does not understand languages other than English. Staff should be knowledgeable about the clinic’s services and pricing so patients do not waste time or money. Based on my recent experience, this is not a "Low Cost Healthcare Clinic" when it comes to lab testing or diagnostic imaging. It is more cost effective going elsewhere.

Went to see the dermatologist and Amisha was the one helping me out with getting adjusted and doing the consultation. She was very sweet and helpful.

Very hard to reach staff, the line keeps cutting off when put on hold. One extra star because after LITERAL HOURS of trying to get a hold of them I finally got my answer.

Very inefficient and poor communication. They never answer the phone and if you manage to get anything done it will take weeks.

Unfortunately, I have had a very disappointing experience here both times I have visited. The first time I came, I had a broken finger and had to wait for hours. While I was waiting, I asked for some ice for my injured… finger, but I was told they did not have any ice available. This is my second visit, and unfortunately, I am having the same experience again. I have been waiting for hours. The staff seem very disorganized, there does not appear to be good coordination or communication between them, and everything moves extremely slowly. Because of this lack of organization, patients are forced to wait much longer than necessary. I understand that hospitals and clinics can be busy and that sometimes waiting is unavoidable. However, waiting three or four hours on both visits is extremely frustrating, especially when the process does not seem organized or efficient. Based on my two experiences here, I am very disappointed with the service and the way patients are being handled.

Amisha was so much help! Had an appointment with the dermatologist since I was really concerned about my skin issue, they walked me through and explained all. Highly recommended

She was knowledgeable, patient, and always… took the time to answer my questions. She made the immigration paperwork much less stressful and kept me informed every step of the way. It should be a nonprofit, but they charge the same that where else charge or even higher. Seems like miss using the great name of the father mod medicine. Went to different locations and did not get any good experience… or treatment.

I would like to express my appreciation for the care and professionalism of your medical staff. I have been visiting Ibn Sina Clinic regularly because I trust the quality of the healthcare services you provide. However,… I would like to respectfully bring to your attention one recurring and serious concern. The waiting time has consistently been very long, often taking around three hours before patients are seen. This can be especially difficult for individuals who have work commitments, children, or health conditions that make extended. Thanks for your understanding
