Jade Wellness Center – Monroeville

Great service and kind and knowledgeable.

I called this place last week looking for outpatient MAT since my place now is closing. They were misleading and scheduled me and had me thinking I was set to go. I called today with a question and they had explained… that they don’t do only outpatient rehabilitation. You have to do inpatient first and then outpatient, which is not what I need. After this I asked if they could cancel my appointment to which the lady said sure and then hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. I am seeking treatment at a new facility which is already a huge inconvenience for me and for them to initially mislead me and then hang up on me like that? Extremely rude. I will not look to them or any of their other branches for anything and definitely will not refer them to any other friends

Amazing staff

I just had my last Jade appointment The staff at Jade - Alex Dan Emily Gloria the doctors all of them Rosie are just fantastic you couldn't ask for someone to care more and someone to try more and if you're really… serious about getting clean and living a different life Jade is definitely the place for you. Even if you're not clean and you're just trying to get there and you're brand new at it Jade is the place for you I can't think of a situation good or bad that Jade would not be as helpful as they possibly can be. I just know so many successful people that have come from Jade in their recovery they've just gotten very far to whenever they first started it Jade didn't even have a place to live. I feel like Jane is always went above and beyond but you know they needed to. The fact that pretty much any time of night or day if you have to get a hold of someone in an emergency you can- it is not like that it all other facilities that I've been to. Jade is the only outpatient facility that I have went to and trust me I went to a lot of them that actually care. It's super sad because I've been with Jade for such a long time. I will miss Kristen forever and this is super hard to move on but I would recommend Jade over any other rehab facility in the world and if you are a patient at Jade you are lucky to be there and you should take advantage of everything that they have to offer because it's such a great facility and they truly do care. I wish all the staff yhe best and thank you for how far I have come thanks to you guys and to know you truly make a huge difference. I have three kids that are happy, healthy and in a nice home because of Jade and I couldn't be more grateful.

I've been a patient at jade for 7+ years and it's the best thing I could have done for myself. Everyone there is friendly and understanding. My therapist and my doctor are wonderful amazing people. I couldn't have done… this without them.

I have been a patient of Jade Wellness since December of 2022 and to this day I still have my same therapist Deanna. She goes above and beyond to help me in my recovery and is always there when I need her. She never has… judged me once and always accepted me for who I am even when I had made mistakes. I could not be more thankful for this Treatment Facility and Deanna. Truly the best and 10/10 recommend!

I decided to get some help with my quitting alcohol journey and this place was great! Deeeeeeeeeana, My girl Deana pronounced Deena (our group boss) is AWESOME. I like her tell it like it is personality. I always leave… there with a smile on my face feeling refreshed from all the great conversation that we all have in the group. The intern, Ayston or how ever you spell her name is mildly cool too...

I Was one of Jades first patients when they opened up, This place really got me back to myself and added structure to my life . i didn’t want to go to group couvseling in the beginning but it really helped . Dan & Abby… were the best most compassionate people , i’ll never forget his much thus place chad fed my life ❤️

Great place, friendly staff, clean environment!

Jade genuinely changed my life and I’ve referred everyone I’ve met throughout my battle with addiction to give it a chance to do the same for them. I’m now completely sober and have learned to find happiness in life and… I couldn’t have done it without the support I got from the community I gained from Jade Wellness Center.

I have been to several inpatient programs and outpatient. As an alcoholic staying sober is such a challenge with Alcohol so prominent in society. Jade wellness and my therapist Deana Vickers have helped me fight through… this disease . They accept that we make mistakes while also working very hard to help us stay sober through a medical and psychiatric program and I am nothing but thankful for them. I highly suggest them if you need some people who can help and the medication they offer works. I don’t speak highly of to many places but jade is saving my life. Deana’s group is the only group I’ve ever felt completely comfortable opening up and being myself in. As for at least the Monroeville location I highly suggest them.

Jade Wellness Center, is very wonderful place for any outpatient drug rehab treatment you may need and also for therapy, I have been seeing Deana for awhile, for my one on ones and she is truly amazing to talk too!

I love Jade. Been a patient here for over 2 years. They kept me on track and have some of the most awesome staff. Aaron & Renee are therapists who you can be open & be honest WITHOUT judgement. Gloria the RN is the… sweetest soul and the Medical Staff Joanne & Maria both make sure to listen and address ALL your concerns. I honestly been coming back mainly due to the staff they are really phenomenal though!

I could not possibly be happier with my experience at Jade Wellness in Monroeville. Their approach with drug and alcohol therapy is far above par. I feel other places where I have attended for IOP were very basic as far… as treatment information and therapy. As someone that has been wanting recovery since 2006 I needed something different, something that attends to my whole self not just the drug problem. I believe recovery is an inside job and Jade has and continues to assist and inspire me to love and accept myself enough to make the vitally necessary changes to my behaviors, attitude and ideas that do not serve my recovery or growth which is not an easy feat because I am as stubborn as they come. I feel safe, supported and genuinely cared for at Jade and recommend them to others regularly. If I could award them 1 million stars I would without hesitation. My time with Jade has given me a confidence not only regarding my recovery but success in life and I will forever be grateful 🩵🦋

Great place staff is amazing

I love Jade! Aaron (my therapist is wonderful) and Dr. Allen is just amazing. I recommend this place to anyone who wants/needs treatment. I’ve always felt taken care of and it helps to have complete trust in those who… are helping.

This place is amazing!! There are great services being offered, and staff is phenomenal!! Staff goes above and beyond to make sure you can access the most resources you need to make your recovery successful. By far my… favorite treatment place of many I have attended!!! They really care.....

I have been going to Jade since March of 2023. The staff has been amazing. Renne C has taught me techniques in group and with individual sessions that I have adapted to my lifestyle.

This is the place to go!! Everybody here truly cares about you and pays attention to you, like no other health care facility I’ve ever visited. Plenty of options for whatever your situation. I’m coming up on 1 year… clean and I’m tremendously grateful.

The staff was so kind and caring. Sarah at the front desk was the most pleasant smiling face to encounter right when you walk in!
